my visit to Honda of Westport was very efficient and comfortable. It was very professional and frendly I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Brittani is so amazing! The team as well for that matter. They were able to help me with a new part for my 23 Honda civic. Was making a weird squealing noise thank goodness she helped me with this and I only had to pay a deductible. Anyways I brought it in Thursday morning and was on the road again by 2 o clock on Friday. Always updated me and even gave me a shuttle back to the service center. Overall experience 11/10

Westport Honda Service Center in Fairfield is EXCELLENT. Henry is Top-Notch, probably one of the best service advisors I've ever dealt with. He knows the Honda products inside and out. Henry has been there for years as has Pat, Melanie, some of the tech's and drivers as well. The Service Center (customer) is in great hands starting the moment you drive under the overhead door. Keep up the great work !

Vinny was professional, courteous and knowledgeable about everything that was to happen! He explained about some filters for next visit which I’ll do! Melanie at Honda of Westport is the best service associate at any service center that we have ever visited. She is knowledgable and wonderful to work with - she explains everything and makes time for all of her customers. Melanie and Pat are the reason why we take all of our vehicles (non-Honda, as well) to this service center.

Honda of Westport Service Department once again provided me with their standard Excellence of service. My 2019 Honda Pilot was having issues with the starter and automatic starter activation system. I discussed the issue with Vinicio, the Service Representative and in our discussion he explained the issues that could be causing the problem. Once the technician analyzed the problem, sure enough Vinicio was absolutely spot on with his initial thoughts regarding the problem. Vinicio is a great example of the customer support and knowledge of the Honda of Westport Service Representatives. Along with the highly trained technicians, once again the Honda of Westport Service Center diagnosed and resolved our problems easily and to the normal level of excellence.

Brittani was great. She kept me updated about was needed during the service appt. No issues.
