Provided a deal that was fair and at the actual signing, included new tires and brakes which we did not expect. We feel that we not only bought a car, but now have a trustworthy place for anything we need in the future for the servicing the car. Evertime I take my vehicle in they over charged. They charged me 8,000 for a remaned transmission. Scott hit on me. Called me his wife to the tow truck guy. They installed a starter that had issues and had to be taken back 3 times for the starter. I asked for pricing on head light they charged me $149 claiming it took them over two hours. I only asked for pricing. They quoted $1004.00. I said don't touch them . They had my vehicle for two weeks and they didn't give me a loaner until the last day.

My salesman Mike was great. No pressure. Had all the answers to my questions. I loved the tour of the facilities. It’s like a museum. Will buy again from De Pere Auto again.

I needed a newer vehicle I had been looking at De Pere Auto since i moved here. I saw a KIA in my price range took it for a ride and fell in Love. Mike was very informative and I got a great price for my trade in.

I had sent an email to them to see a car, but when I got there it was already sold. The salesman was very nice and empathetic to my sadness that the car already had sold. I got a call from Mike asking me to call him at my convenience (this was about a whole week later). I called him back and he said he remembered how much I wanted that particular car, so he went through all their emails and finally found the original email in his spam. From there he got my number and called me to tell me that the financing did not go through on the one who had bought it at first. He was checking to see if I was still interested!!???? He let me put a down payment on it over the phone so he could mark it sold. Honestly, u can see how often a car is looked at and the car had 26 looks and he said he had atleast 10 people inquiring on the car prior to us getting there. THAT WAS FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE-HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT HE HAD TO. He could have just sold it to the next person and forget about me but he didn’t! It took him a week to find my email. I truly can’t say enough about this salesman/auto dealer. Very informative and they truly want you in a good running vehicle-they aren’t there to just get paid. No one goes above and beyond anymore cuz it is much easier not to.......except for De Pere Auto—they do! Best car buying experience ever!!!
