Overall, I have not had a good experience with this

Overall, I have not had a good experience with this dealership. Connor tried to be as helpful as possible under the circumstances, and I appreciate him, but I had to travel to St. Cloud to get recall work done because this dealership did not have the certified technician to complete the work. I was encouraged to get the Zurich Shield product by my salesperson because I have a dog and was told that it would cover scratches or punctures of the upholstery he might cause; However, when I contacted Zurich, they told me any damage caused by dogs is not covered.

Overall, I have not had a good experience with this dealership.
