2014 Toyota Camry issue

Retired

In January 2018 I purchased a 2014 Toyota Camry from this dealer, Everyone there was very personable and friendly. Deal was reached and favorable on the same day I visited. Here is where the issue started. In May of the same year I needed to remove a tire that was damaged. When I went into the trunk there was a jack but no tool to raise it ( the crank ) nor was there a lug wrench. I called Mills customer service and they directed me to the sales rep. who was busy and would call me back. I called the next day same deal no call back, Next day same treatment. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone. If an issue should arise they leave you out to dry. I will just count my losses and go to a Toyota dealer and purchase the jack handle and lug wrench.

Amazing Experience

I recently worked with Connor Bowman to buy a Honda Civic Type R from Mills Honda and was absolutely amazed by my experience! This car has a limited production and there had been stories of price gouging, changing agreement terms, etc. Mills Honda didn't get greedy and sold the car to me at a very reasonable price. They honored the terms of my deposit even when several others called after trying to acquire the vehicle. Connor was always more than happy to answer any of my questions or concerns. He was always very prompt at responding back and made me feel much more comfortable with the sale. Upon arrival at the dealership I was warmly welcomed. While waiting for my car to be ready Matt Anderson, the general manager, took the time to talk to me. Finishing the financing paperwork with Danny Sargent was a breeze. Connor went over all the instrumentation of vehicle and made me feel comfortable with it. At the end of the sale the whole team that was working that day gathered to congratulate me. I really couldn't have asked for a single thing more. This dealership and it's team makes you feel like family. I absolutely can not recommend them enough and will definitely give them my business again, regardless of the trip I need to make, in the future.

Excellent service and value

I would just like to thank Joe Erickson at Mills Honda for the exceptional customer service that I received when purchasing my 2016 Honda Pilot. He worked hard to get me exactly what I needed and wanted. My daughter wanted to purchase my trade in, and he was very helpful in making sure that the process went smoothly for all of us. Super Dealing,

I requested a referral to a sales rep from a friend of mine - he referred me to Joe Erickson at Mills Honda. to this point in my search I have had what I consider terrible customer service from other used car dealers and was hesitant to meet yet another one. To my great relief I was introduced to Joe and Mills Honda. It was a great pleasure and would recommend Joe and Mills Honda to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Good customers service despite some snags

Despite some issues getting my car from the factory (out of dealer control) we experienced great customer service from Joe, Steve and Dan who tried very hard to make things right. Extremely competitive pricing with other Honda dealers in the state. Car is beautiful and we love it.
