What an amazing dealership.
What an amazing dealership. Friendly people. Easy to do business with. It was nice to have caring intelligent people taking care of finding the right car for me. Some of the nicest cars I have seen on a preowned car lot. As soon as I walked in I felt welcome and made a part of their family. I have purchased 3 cars for myself and all 3 of my children have purchased their vehicles there as well. Always a great experience. Their Sales person Mikey is funny looking but one of the kindest honest straightforward sales person I have worked with and met. I recommend this place to everyone looking for a vehicle.

Horrible service
Bought a jeep there signed an as is contract not knowing that they don’t safety there vehicles. They don’t have an in house mechanic. Theres no safety reports. Don’t buy a vehicle there. Go to a new car dealership at least they inspect the vehicles and have inspection reports.

We purchased a 2010 Jeep Liberty - we knew it had about...
We purchased a 2010 Jeep Liberty - we knew it had about $1500 worth of repair work. The dealership indicated they put $3K into the vehicle so wouldn't budge on price. First day, we took it through a car wash, and the interior was all wet in the back due to some type of major repair we need to have completed on the back hatch door. There was also something wet under the driver seat mats as well. In addition, the front/back left side lights did not function (turned out it was fuse), the stereo wasn't functioning (no information was provided with the vehicle, which was something they agreed to upon purchase) and they didn't provide a tank of gas upon receipt, which we have received with all our other vehicle purchases. In addition, we took it the shop only to discover we have another $1600 worth of maintenance that was required due to safety issues and concerns - ball joints were so worn the steering was unsafe per our auto tech. The sales team was very friendly and polite; however, the condition of the vehicle was sketchy - we requested a list of what they did for the $3K; however, never received it. So many safety issues - especially with lights not even working. My daughter put down $7k of her own cash only to discover there was another $3k in repair work. Please do your due diligence and make sure the vehicle passes all safety checks prior to selling any car on your lot.

Scam artists! Turn and run!
I recently purchased a 2014 Ford F150 from Automotive Warehouse. This has proven to be one of the biggest mistakes of my life. I was unable to find a truck without significant rust damage in FL where I live so I went back to Colorado to buy one and visit family in the process. I worked with salesman Ryan Faino, who promised me that this truck was not only meticulously maintained from its previous owner but that the dealership had gone through and performed all of the necessary maintenance and repairs. Feb 11th we began the process, Ryan agreed to have the truck delivered on Feb 18th. After nearly a week of ZERO communication back, I finally got word that everything was complete and that he would have the truck delivered Feb 24th, 6 days late. February 24th I get a text message that the car has been delivered with a picture of it in the parking lot with a note that the keys are in the car. Red flags and alarms already going off in my head. I go down to the car to drive it home and it WILL NOT START! After about an hour I got it started and drove to Autozone. They run the engine code as a fuel pressure problem. I call the dealership and they tell me to drive it back, from Castle Rock to Brighton, to have their mechanic look at it. Mechanic says everything tested fine must have been a weird glitch. I run an errand in Aurora, when I come out the truck won’t start, same engine code, took an hour to get it started. Call again, told to drive it back to Brighton for the 2nd time. This time the mechanic replaced the computer to the fuel pump tells me that will fix it. On my way back home I stop to grab some food, but when I try to leave the truck will not start, again with the same engine code. I had to get a ride back into town, When I called in the morning again I’m told to drive from Castle rock to Brighton to have it fixed for the 3rd time. The mechanic again says everything tests fine. At this point I don't want the truck anymore. I have only had it a couple days and it has failed to start, repeatedly. The owner John tells me it's impossible to return the truck as the loan is already funded, convinces me to keep the truck by offering a 2 year warranty that would go into effect immediately. Tells me I can take it to any other mechanic and it will only cost me $100 to get it fixed. I drive the truck back to castle rock and take it to a mechanic I know and trust. They found a long list of things that need to be fixed, but when they call the automotive warranty company they are told the warranty isn't valid until the 13th or 1,000 miles have been put on the truck. I call the dealership, John tells me to drive it back to Brighton and he will do the repairs but will have to charge me for the parts. So I drove back to Brighton. Truck is in their shop for 3 days and cost me $600, but I’m assured it’s been fixed. After picking up the truck and driving it home, the next morning when I try to start the truck it starts rough and has a new engine code. Yet another problem with the fuel line! I contacted sales agent Ryan with the new code and tell him to have John call me because now I am beyond angry at the situation. I have been stuck in Denver with a broken truck for almost 2 weeks longer than planned. After zero response from Automotive Warehouse, I take it to another mechanic who assures me that this particular engine code is only a minor issue and the truck will run fine. So I go ahead and get on with the very long drive back to my home in Florida. March 26th, 13 days and 1,500 miles later, the truck is at my local Ford dealership, my warranty was supposed to have kicked in however the warranty company is now saying that it isn’t effective until April 13th AND 1000 miles. Owner John says that there is nothing he can do unless I want to drive the truck back to Brighton CO (OVER 1,800 miles away), even though his mechanics failed to properly complete the necessary repairs and the warranty doesn't cover ANYTHING!

Great experience
I just bought a Honda Pilot last week and had the pleasure of working with Michael Sanpadre, he wasn’t pushy at all, explained everything and made buying a car simple. He worked hard to get me a good deal- such a down to earth friendly guy. Thank you Mikey!

Bad Car
I bought a car and it was a piece. They obviously don't check out they're cars before selling them. When I first bought it died wouldn't start they fixed it. Now the horn don't work, the cigarette lighters don't work, had to buy new windshield wipers and something bad is going on with the tire. I think that's a huge safety hazard and they know that and they are refusing to just look at it! I recommend not to buy from them. Pay a little more money to buy from a good dealership. Trust me spending a little more money is worth it! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!
