Excellent Dealership
I worked with Toran Stephens and he was wonderful. He was a gentleman and an absolute pleasure to work with. I recommend him highly, you will not be disappointed. He was friendly and nice. He was with us from beginning to end and we could not be any happier. As a whole, the dealership is fantastic! They are highly recommended!

Bad service
I bought a Toyota Highlander 2013. I asked if there is maintenance for the car, they told me the car is perfect. When I went home, the battery is dead. Then I went to service shop, Toyota dealer they told me the car needs a change oil, change battery and brakes, front and back. It cost me $2,000. I called the BMW dealer, they said we don't care, bad service. It's the worst dealer I've seen.

Miracles do come true at "BMW of ROXBURY."
This is my second purchase at this location. Originally I purchased a pre-Owned vehicle in 2012 .I was very pleased with the purchase and the staff, as a matter of fact I felt it couldn't get any better.Boy was I wrong. Nick Di Bernard was awesome he went above and beyond my spectations. He was courteous professional and stood true to his word. I'm so happy with my 2014 Grand Turismo...Thanks Nick for creating a" miracle" and Jeff(aka Barry White) for making the finalization so smooth.

Roxbury ?the greatest ?
I went to Roxbury with one car in mind. I ended up leaving with a better car and a better deal! The service here was impeccable. They worked along with me to make sure I got what I wanted at the price I wanted. Erik made the sales experience easy and enjoyable. He was available every step of the way. Even after my purchase he has still been an asset by answering any questions or concerns that I may have come up. This has been the best car purchase experience I have ever had.

Open Road BMW
I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. Ramon Gauadalupe he took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting the car that I came into see. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Open Road BMW Roxbury NJ. It was worth the two drive to get there.

Uncomfortabale Feeling
Hate to wright this because I am a big BMW guy but my experience really bothered me. I contacted this dealer twice about a pre-owned 1 year old BMW X3 - after asking for the car fax I discovered that both vehicles had been in an accident. I was surprised to see a BMW dealer selling cars that had been in an accident. Now there is another one for sale with a car fax that seems very incomplete. Might be a good dealership but I am very uncomfortable - do you homework before buying.
