This is a criminal dealership. In 2019 they stole my cc# & stole money. My bank traxed them. Then they left a lein on my PAID OFF in 2020 truck!! CROOKS SELLING JUNK CARS. Let the buyer beware.

Furthermore, the vehicle I purchased from Auto Haus of Orlando turned out to be a complete lemon. Despite their claims of performing a thorough inspection, the car had numerous undisclosed mechanical issues. It began experiencing problems within days of purchase, leaving me with expensive repairs and a sense of buyer's remorse. It was clear that the dealership prioritized making a sale over ensuring the quality of the vehicles they sold. To make matters worse, their after-sales support was virtually non-existent. When I reached out to them regarding the issues I was facing, they were unresponsive and uncooperative. It felt like they had washed their hands of any responsibility once they had my money. Dealing with their service department was an exercise in frustration, with delayed responses and unfulfilled promises becoming the norm. In addition to the poor customer service and subpar vehicle quality, I found Auto Haus of Orlando's pricing to be exorbitant. They touted their cars as being competitively priced, but I discovered that similar models were available at other reputable dealerships for significantly less. It was clear that I had been taken advantage of and overcharged for a vehicle of dubious quality. Overall, my experience with Auto Haus of Orlando was nothing short of a disaster. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this dealership. Their lack of integrity, poor customer service, and questionable business practices make them an establishment to avoid at all costs. There are plenty of other reputable dealerships in the area that can provide a better car-buying experience.
