I recently visited the dealership twice for scheduled maintenance services, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. During my first visit, despite having an appointment, my vehicle was not worked on promptly. After waiting for over four hours, my wife and I had to personally inquire about the delay because we needed to pick up our children from school. It was disappointing that we had to follow up ourselves, especially after scheduling ahead of time. Additionally, after the service was completed, the car was returned without a wash or vacuuming, which I would have expected as part of a complete customer service experience. On my second visit, while the service time improved, the overall experience remained lacking. Again, the vehicle was returned without any cleaning or basic vacuuming. Overall, I found the service to be below the standard I expected from Hyundai. While I appreciate the work performed on the vehicle itself, the customer experience?particularly communication, timeliness, and attention to detail?needs improvement. I am sharing this feedback respectfully in the hope that the dealership can use it to enhance the service provided to future customers.

This is the 2nd time buying a car at Lake Norman Hyundai! This is my 2nd Venue & Garrett was my sales person both times. He is very knowledgeable about their cars, the whole buying a car experience. He was excellent! Made offers, showed us different models, provided specific information. I did not feel rushed to make a decision. Finance & the sales manager were great as well, very helpful.

Orlando was the best!
Orlando was the best! Generally I detest the interference of Salespeople when I?m window shopping, they are so pushy & annoying. They sound very counterfeit. Orlando was welcoming, interested, inclusive & appeared to genuinely care about my feelings. My intention was not to purchase a new vehicle, but Orlando made me feel good about my decision and I drove away with a new car! Thank you Orlando, I?m happy!

Great service as always , soon as I drove in I was greeted and my cars service set up . I went and had a cup of coffee and relaxed in the showroom while they did the service on my car . They have serviced my Hyundai for 15 years . 5 stars in my book .
