Well this is part 2 of the review. We had to have motor replaced. But the motor they put in turned out bad. The dealer has giving us one of their rentals.(Thank God) Well the bill at this point is over $7000. Warranty people only pay so much. They have a cap they go by. Well after all this,I made contact with Austin on the issues with is car. Warranty company puts all used parts on the car.( Major parts) This has been going on now for 3 months. Meanwhile we are.paying for this car. I told Austin we need to have a sit down on this issue. He said the problem isn't with them. It's the shop. Well we don't want this car anymore. He said we have to much negative equity to trade the car back. He said nobody their told us to buy the car and we picked it out. This is turning out to be one big issue we really don't need to deal with. We are thankful he gave us a rental to drive but we want our car to drive. This deal has put us in a situation we don't care to deal with. So it's kinda up in the air what is happening next. It seems like they are not backing the cars they sell. passing the problem on to someone else. I was told used cars are going to have problems. Meanwhile the bill is getting higher. So at what point do you take responsibility for selling a bad car? I don't recommend buying the warranty. All used parts. They say electrical is covered.Not major. Let's just say our experience has been a xxxx of a ride.

The Guy that helped me was Blake and needs to work on being polite to his customers and not act like he’s too good better than you in other words cause you’re not when I said hello how are you he didn’t respond back lost my business!!

Great Experience!!!!!
I bought an Expedition from Sherold Salmon Auto Superstore and couldn?t have been happier with the experience. The salesman (Jordan) was super friendly and accommodating. I purchased the Expedition sight unseen from out of state. The pictures on the internet were great and the salesman voluntarily sent me additional pictures of any blemishes to insure I knew exactly what condition the Expedition was in. I submitted a down payment and flew to Rome, GA to pick up the SUV a couple of days later. The Salesman stayed after hours to accommodate my travel plans. The Expedition was just as described and met all of my expectations. The transaction with Sherold Salmon Auto Superstore exceeded my expectations. Sherold Salmon Auto Superstore is a family owned dealership. It?s obvious that they are very customer orientated in order to make a great buying experience. You don?t stay in a family business for 45 plus years by disappointing customers. You stay in business for 45 plus years by making customers satisfied.

Not your typical "used car" experience
I want to save you some time. I did the "car" research, visited online dealers, and even drove 100 miles to look at a "deal". But in the end, I called a sales rep at Sherold Salmon, who happened to be on vacation, and he met me at the dealership after hours so I could test drive the vehicle (thanks Jordan)...and in 45 minutes the deal was done! Credit report was painless, financing a breeze, and a vehicle with low miles purchased below market pricing. So if you are in the market for a quality used car or truck, I highly recommend Sherold Salmon Auto Superstore...I should have known since I bought my last used car there in 2005 (still running like a clock).

Most efficient car buying process I've ever had. Located a used truck I wanted online. I reached out to the superstore and my salesperson, Jordan, answered all of my questions and made the process seamless. He was willing to stay after hours for me to come in. Additionally, I was able to provide most of the information over the phone for him to provide me with the best financing rates possible. By the time I went to the store, essentially all financing was in order, thus make the process a lot less time consuming. The store location and building were well maintained and Jordan was a pleasure to deal with. Many times buying a can be long and tense process. This was the exact opposite and I would do business with them again in a heartbeat!

hand shake and word means nothing at this car lot
bought a 2001 t-bird off the internet from these folks. was told by salesman that i had a 30 day warranty motor and transmission. car started skipping on the way home and would only run if you ran it really fast. long story short i had to have it fixed. they were very rude , refused to pay repair costs and even refused to split the cost. cost for repairs was 280.00. i highly recommend that you go somewhere else to purchase your car.
