An honest car buying experience, How Rare!

I live on the north side of Chicago and had communicated with several Chicago area dealerships to purchase a vehicle. Unfortunately, Chicago is full of dealerships that try to add on thousands of dollars of worthless dealer added products that they claim are required in order for you to buy their vehicle. If it is required, then they should add those costs to the advertised price and itemize them clearly so that you know the real cost and what you are getting for that price. Yes, you can work to negotiate these “required” products out of the deal but who really wants to go through that experience with a dealership that has already proven itself to be unethical. These added costs do not include items such as taxes, doc fee, and DMV fees that buyers usually expect to pay. Fortunately, I found Bergstrom Acura. Jesse Jilek was my sales person and he provided an excellent car buying experience. He is honest, professional, and prompt while providing all of the information that I needed. We completed most of the transaction over the phone and on-line so that by the time that I arrived at the dealership, I was in and out in less than an hour. Yes, I had to set up a one way car rental through Enterprise Car Rental (also an excellent company). However, that cost was only $120.00 and it was worth it for this experience. The Acura Certified Pre-Owned warranty offers excellent benefits and financing options and I could not find another vehicle manufacturer with a better program. Because of their upfront pricing and professional ethics, I will be a Bergstrom customer for life.

Would recommend to anyone

I worked with Jesse to buy a new Acura integra, I had a amazing experience and did not feel pressured into a sale at all. Would recommend for anyone to buy from them! Very knowledgeable and nice staff.

1st class service

It's 2016 and I brought my 2003 Mdx in for a recall and some non warranty work. I have been to some high end places and not treated with as much respect or friendly service. Thank you Bergstrom Acura of Appleton for the friendly service and care you gave. I have been there three times, and every time I get the same 1st class service. I appreciate all you have done for me and my vehicle, and will continue to bring my Mdx to you for service. Thanks again to Sarah and the technicians

Bergstrom Acura Service

The dealership manager and the service adviser were both friendly and attentive. I was clearly communicated with. I had an issue with a used car I purchased in 2014. It was confirmed that the car was sold to me with this pre-existing condition (verified by independent shops). When I called and asked Bergstrom to help me, they were more than willing to make things right. I was extremely pleased with the final outcome and will certainly go to them again for future car purchases as well as tire purchases!
