Sells cars without disclosing bad carfax information. Once they got your money, cancel Christmas, and good luck hearing back from them! Not even competent with handling out of state title work.

Don't walk, run like xxxx from this dealership! They falsely advertise cars as pristine that have negative inquiries on carfax, making the car nearly impossible to sell or trade. Horrible way to conduct business!

very dishonest dealership!
I purchased a used Aston Martin DB9 from this dealership then later discovered the car was involved in an accident which was reported to Carfax, which they failed to disclose throughout the entire buying process. Also after they received my payment in full for the vehicle and taking delivery, it took 6-7 phone calls for my dealer to reply. Very unprofessional. I would never do business with them ever again and absolutely would not recommend them to a potential buyer.

Sold me a lemon
Horrible experience. Bought a 2020 Aston Martin AMR from Brian Noll. Car was nothing but problems from day 1 that it arrived. Had check engine lights on and could not get car smogged. Drove it for 120 miles to reset computers per Brian’s instructions and then the engine started to have multiple misfires. Tried to contact Aston Newport Beach where I have bought/leased a Aston Vantage V12, Aston Vanquish S and a Aston DBS Superleggera Tag Heur limited edition. The guys at Aston Newport acted as if I were a stranger and would not return phone calls or emails. Today, the 2020 Aston Martin Vantage AMR that I bought from Brian Nolla had a complete transmission failure on the freeway and I almost got killed. California Highway Patrol had to quarantine the entire lane on the Highway as the car was complete undriveable (i.e. I can not even pull to the side of the highway to wait for the tow truck — this is all documented by CHP and the Irvine Police Department who also witnessed the condition of the car. To add insult to injury, I tried to call Aston Martin Roadside Service for a tow and after more than an hour, no one at Aston Roadside Service can tell me where the tow truck is. The CHP officer said I can not wait any longer for Aston and dispatched a CHP tow truck which I had to pay over $250 out of pocket to get towed home because of Aston Martin’s incompetence). Aston Martin DOES NOT care about their customers. I recently bought a 2020 Ferrari Pista and Ferrari makes Aston Martin’s Sales and Service department look like Hyundai (actually Hyundai is more reliable than Astons). Aston Martin Long Island as useless as they come when you buy a car from them and there is trouble. Brian Noll actually threatens customers to cut off service when he sold me a lemon. I was a die hard Aston Martin fan but enough is enough - these guys are just in it for the sale and turn their backs on you as soon as they take your money. DO NOT BUY ASTON MARTINS — or if you do DO NOT BUY FROM LONG ISLAND SPORTS CARS.

My DB9 was serviced ASAP, in fact sooner than expected and I was kept informed all though the service procedure.
