Upon first arriving at Bud's Auto Sales we were met by friendly and helpful staff. Not only do they have an excellent selection of vehicles at good prices, but they make car buying easy. There's nothing better than supporting a local business and I would highly recommend Bud's Auto Sales.

Our family has purchased a number of vehicles from Bud's over the years, and we have always been happy with the experiences. Friendly, no pressure atmosphere, fair pricing and fair offers on trade-ins. Ralph had the vehicle ready and waiting for us to test drive and had our trade-in offer ready after the test drive. Steve walked us through the paperwork and we were on our way quickly. Both gentlemen provided a professional level of service. Tom was nearby and helped to make us feel welcome. On this visit we didn't deal with Bud or Ron, but they have always been good to deal with.

We have dealt with Buds for many years. We always go back there because of the excellent deals we can get and the outstanding service from their entire staff. From the test drive to the final signing of the paperwork, the staff is always courteous and helpful. This time we dealt with Tom, a salesman and Steve did our paperwork. We met with Ralph and he let us test drive our vehicle without pestering us and trying to sell. He answered all of our questions and explained every step of the process to us. Everyone here is laid back and helpful. I hate car shopping because of the games dealerships play, but I will definitely go back to Bud's and will recommend them to everyone looking for a vehicle.

To keep this short was looking at a used truck. They looked over my trade and when they were done they gave me a super low offer. They tried to tell me it was not the package that it really was, telling me the trucks bed was replaced with a different models bed. I guess they didn't notice all the other options that come with that package pretty obvious stuff if and I say if you know anything about cars and trucks ( I also have the original window sticker stating the package on it). Really sad that either they have no clue what they are doing OR they get away with this kind of stuff with people that just don't know. Its a shame there are dealers out there like this and of this size, needless to say I will never go back again.

My mother went here to purchase a vehicle and they worked her over on the price without her knowing it at the time. She told me the terms of the deal she agreed to after the fact and she is overpaying for the vehicle by about $70 a month. I am very upset this dealership would take advantage of an unsuspecting person like that. And now she is stuck paying more than she be for this vehicle. Shame on them.
