Bud's Auto Sales

I purchased a SUV that was priced BETTER than the others I considered (all were the same year/model/options and all had millage of approx.18,000). NoT only was the price better, I also received more for my trade. In addition, the SUV was much cleaner and in better condition that than the others I looked at. All associates were very friendly and personable. Our sales associate (Ralph Jones), was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took his time with us, to make sure we got exactly what we needed and wanted. All things considered, and in comparison to my recent experiences with the other dealers I visited......MY PURCHASE AT BUD'S AUTO SALES WAS THE MOST PLEASURABLE CAR-BUYING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. THANK-YOU TO ALL ASSOCIATES AT BUD'S!!!! WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN, BUT NEXT TIME WE WON'T BOTHER VISITING ANY OTHER DEALERS......NO POINT DOING THAT.

Ralph was the salesperson that helped us and he was very friendly and helpful in our search for our new car. There was also another gentlemen that helped us with the paperwork....we can't remember his name but we were very impressed with how kind and how patient he was with us and how carefully and thoroughly he explained everything to us. We have already recommended Bud's to a family member that is going to be car shopping soon and we will definitely be returning to Bud's with our future car purchases. It was a very pleasant car shopping experience!

Great to work with. Guys seemed honest. They helped me set up for my car to be inspected by an auto shop, which helped me buy the car without being seen.

This place was the worst place I called and went to they wouldn't call you back and when they did it took a day or so. Most dealers that are good to customers call you back and try not this one. I would not recommend this place

We contacted Bud's Auto Sales first by e-mail and received a reply from a man named Steve. My husband called but Steve was not at his desk so my husband left a message stating that we were interested in the Corvette. Steve called back once when we were not home and left a message. My husband called back again and Steve was not available so he left another message. Steve did not call back, my husband waited a day and tried again. Steve was not available, another message was left with no results. My husband waited a few days and called again, this time he was able to speak with Steve, but the man told my husband they were taking it to the auction and did not want to negotiate at all.

We found a car we really wanted at the buds in indiana pa we took it home and immediately had problems with it. Room it back 4 different times to get fixed and have them look at it. They lied and also made temporary fixes on us till the 30 days was up and didnt have to deal with us anymore. It is 7 months later and that car had been in the shop 4 times and now is getting traded bc a problem they supposably fixed had ruined my car. So for all you car shoppers out there DO NOT go to buds!!! I am unfortunately not the only one that has had a horrible experience with them that's lives in indiana. We found the PERFECT vehicle online at Bud's Auto Sales that we were looking for. It was the right year, color, mileage, price, and had all the amenities that we wanted. We traveled 2 1/2 hours to get there. There were many hills, unidentified roads, and poorly marked Bud's Auto Sale's signs. The property was much like an old junk yard that was groomed little differently. When we arrived, not one salesperson greeted to us. We found the vehicle that was identified on the internet. We were VERY DISAPPOINTED! The vehicle was indeed the correct year, color, and mileage. That was all that was correct! It was so damaged on the body with many dings, scratches, and old repair spots. Once we opened the vehicle door, it reeked of strong cigarette smoke! The amenities that were described on the internet, didn't exist! We tried to talk to a salesperson who quickly brushed us off as he looked at us and turned the other direction. The garage did not look professional. We would not recommend this place to anyone.

This dealer was hard to deal with while they did see helpful going in to the deal they really drag their feet and you get put on the back burner almost like they have you hooked but before finishing the deal concentrate on the next customer. We were supposed to hear back from the salesman within the next two days and never did. We had to call only to get the run around about the actual financing and yet still to hear anything. They offer extremely low trade in value for what we feel is a great car with extremely low miles, never smoked in, never wrecked and they offered us pennys for it. The guarantee on what your purchasing isn't there either like they wont stand behind what they are selling. I myself will never return there and if they are brought up in conversation or am asked about a good dealer they will not get any good comments from me but more so fair warning to anyone who will listen don't waste your time driving out to the middle of nowhere just to get jerked around.

Located the exact vehicle i wanted at this dealer. I called and spoke with them many times, asking many questions. They were always polite on the phone. I specifically asked if there were any dents or dings on this vehicle and they knew i was traveling a long distance to purchase it. I was told, NO, there are NO dings/dents on this vehicle. I even asked for extra pictures, which they sent, non of which highlighted any damage. I rented a car and drove down to purchase this vehicle. When i got there, in the first min i counted 4 dings. Not small ones either. After looking closer, there were a total of 6 dents on this vehicle, scuffs, scratches on every panel, coffee spots on the console, a ripped headliner,etc. I know this is a used vehicle but being a 2010, is was in pretty bad shape. I know it could all be fixed, but the point of them lying to me really angered me. Not to mention, the place is a mud hole. No pavement anywhere. So i spent over $300 to rent a car and travel a total of 930 miles round trip to return home empty handed. I will NEVER look at another car from this place again.

The car I wanted to look at was is Indiana, I called ahead and the y brought it to beaverdale for me to look at, let me test drive it overnight and were super down to earth, will never buy a car anywhere else!
