Great service!

I visited the dealership 3 times and was met with great service and no pressure by Warren each time. I definitely did my research and couldn’t find a better deal than at Hollywood.

Shop elsewhere!

The car that was listed online for sale had been sold for over a week. They treated me like i was the dumb one. They showed me a car 3 model years older and it had paint work which they said it didn’t(lied straight to my face) Read the other reviews before i came but thought I’d give it a try anyway. Never spend money here!

Great service, wonderful fantastic price

They were absolutely wonderful to work with could not be happier! Great salesman named George Duncan and their online sales guy Michael was fantastic and made the whole process smooth and easy!

Buyer

Micheal was the best he made purchasing a car basically over the internet very easy. He was very prompt at answering any of my questions and even sent several extra pictures for me. I will gladly use them again!

DO NOT BUY

This dealership is a complete lie. Please be careful if you are even considering purchasing from them. I wanted to purchase a car and the picture that was on the website was not even of the actual car, and it was not listed as a "stock photo" I called and the manager was very rude to me claiming it was a stock photo and hung up on me. I asked him if Honda accords come with tinted windows and hospital stickers on the windshield. He proceeded to say have a nice day buddy and hung up the phone on me. Meanwhile my daughter was so upset that the car she wanted was not the one I could afford for her because this company lied and put a false photo of the car to entice buyers like me. Very low integrity business. Beware people.

New Vehicle

Good quality in the vehicle I purchased. I am very pleased with the service I received from Patrick. He was intent on getting me into the vehicle that I was interested in and made it happen as soon as possible

Great experience!

Noni was very professional and quick to answer and questions presented to him. The vehicle was a clean example and had been well maintained. The few small issues that were found were addressed and a deal was made. The vehicle was clean and ready for pick up when promised. Definitely one of my better buying experiences. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Noni and Hollywood Imports to those looking for a good vehicle.

Absolutely aweful!

I purchased an Acura for my daughter and was told all was good and they sent the vehicle through an extensive auto check before I bought it. WRONG! I got home and the sun roof did not work. I called Patrick he told me to bring it in the next day. Come to find out the knew it did not work just failed to tell me. I am now going to have to come out of pocket $700. They withheld information about the car. Do not trust! When you have an issue you are swept under the rug! They get the money up front and then you are no good to them. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

Audi Wagon

I'm so surprised by some of the negative reviews. My husband and I had such an awesome experience and Jason was so personable and straight forward. We had been looking all day and just about given up, but my husband swung in there on way back to pick up our kids from school so fast bc he had been eyeing the Audi wagon out front since we passed it that morn. Honestly, when we passed by at 8 am, he wanted to turn around but I wouldn't let him and so we proceeded to hit the dealerships out in Pelham. We had no luck and we were done. I'm so happy we took a chance and pulled in to HI. Noone even approached us after walking the lot for a good 10 min. That to me says something right there. Never a bit of pressure and I can't say enough good things about Jason. Honesty, I can't wait to buy our next car from here!!!! Thank you Jason for the Hospitality! You'll be seeing us again very soon ;)

Kudos to Bo Thuston!

I purchased a pre-owned Chevy HHR from this dealer in July. Bo Thuston was my salesman. The first issue with the car as soon as I left dealership was a severe jerk when passing gear engaged. Bo advised me to bring HHR back so he could drive it to try and determine cause. He gave me a courtesy loaner car. He didn't experience the problem (of course), but Bo recommended a mechanic that he said was honest & good. The problem turned out to be the transmission. Terry at R.C. Motors arranged replacement. Bo monitored the entire process and made sure I was OK. My cost was $200.00. Bo said he was going to work to get me reimbursed. Impressive! A/C was next to go, while I was out of town. Terry's mechanics replaced a manifold sensor at my cost of $80.00. Bo again helped me cope, and sent me a check out of his own pocket for half my payment on transmission. A month later I did receive the other half from Hollywood. The most recent problem was yesterday, when the HHR stalled and would not respond to battery boost. I lost 4 hours of work. It was towed back to R.C. Motors. Terry told me some wires were crossed in the fuse box, and that work was not covered by warranty. Then, he added that it was on the house. Relief. I truly believe that the multiple repairs on this vehicle would have been a disaster without Bo's help. He saved me from a dealership whose lack of ethics permit them to dump a troubled (albeit low-end) car on a single woman, even if they did include a warranty. When I asked another salesman there why the car had changed hands so often, he essentially responded that the multiple title changes were meaningless. How untrue. So. While I do not recommend this dealership, I CAN recommend the super-salesman Bo Thuston. He is quite simply, the best.
