This place lies!

This place lies!!!! Called about an Elantra that said in the description "clean history with no reported accidents." I asked for the Carfax which Moe said they do not provide. I paid for a Carfax which shows this was wrecked!! I did a VIN search and found that it was in fact wrecked and sold at an auction! After asking Moe, he said the Carfax wasn't correct. Very poor business practices!! SCAM!!!!!

This the best place on the Broadway strip. Outstanding customer service staff. Ms. Patty is the best very smooth and works well with all customers. Mr. Norm is awesome very honest and up front. Norm is the face you see as you drive by early in the morning or late at night always has a smile. The overall mech are lead by Mike and they are very detail know how to make all repairs work. They will work with all customer to make that repair work. Mr. Moe is awesome very pleasant and know his business. I've sent my family and friend to purchase from target and never a complain. 5 star operations.

Looked for Chevy Express van, found one, runs like a...

Looked for Chevy Express van, found one, runs like a dream. You can tell they really drive, fix, and maintain all the vehicles. I don't like shopping for anything, but Moe made easy and painless. They gave me a great price and even fixed something on the new van 3 weeks after the sale for that was my fault it got broken. So, yes I am very happy and plan on buying all of my future vehicles from Moe and Target Auto. 5 Stars Thomas Jaye

Great Customer Service

The gentlemen at Target Auto Group were very easy to work with and went above any beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We bought a great 2006 Acura TL for our son in college. So far, so good.

A good experience know what you are buying

Tracked down the vehicle we wanted and found a very nice example on targets lot. The experience is what you would expect at a used car lot. The salesman in my case named Mo "sells" you on the car you look at but he wasn't pushy about making a purchase which I like. The car we looked at had a mechanical issue which I brought to Mo's attention and it was fixed the next day without hassle, question or an agreement to buy. We did end up purchasing the car financing was offered through a bank but I would recommend lining up financing on-line or through a bank as I did. Being a smaller dealership they take a day or two in order to get everything lined up on financing unlike a dealership lot. Have had the car now month and a few minor problems have come up that I have addressed but nothing I would blame on the dealership. A third party warrantee was offered but online reviews were very poor on the company and I do most of my own work so we opted out. I would buy from them again but like all used cars look them over good and if you don't know what to look for take someone who does.

Buyer beware

Purchased a vehicle two weeks ago. The day after purchase, the check engine light came on. I had the code checked. Turns out to be a clogged catalytic converter/exhaust issue. Take it to a very reputable muffler shop and get quoted $1400 for a complete exhaust system, $800 of which is the bad part. The really bad part is, that while they had it on the lift, they discovered 4 places where the frame had been repaired improperly and covered up. The next day I took it to a collision shop and find out the whole frame is rotted out and needs replaced. The Tech did say they did the best cover up job he has ever seen, but the car should never have been sold as anything more than a parts vehicle. Call the dealer, that day and they say that there is. Of hung wrong with it and that I'm making it all up. Fast forward three days, and the thing just dies, on my way to work. Right now it is sitting in a repair shop parking lot waiting to see what's wrong now.

Terrible cutomer service!

Upon viewing a car I was interested in on the internet I emailed them with all my contact information and requested a car fax report on the vehicle. I did not receive a response ( no email or phone call) so a couple hours later I phoned the dealership directly. I talked to Max and Mo and asked them some questions and he said he would email the Auto Check report. He told me if I wanted a Car Fax report I would have to pay for it myself. After 3 hours passed and no report, I called again and Max told me the info was sent...and it was not. It was frustrating dealing with Max. My impression of this business is they are unprofessional. When they answer the phone they do not say their name and you have to ask who you are speaking with and they promise to email information and do not follow thru. If this is the customer service they give before you buy I cannot imagine how they treat you once they have the money. There is absolutely no way I would purchase a vehicle here.

Don't believe these reviews.

First off I find out that Moe wrote most of these himself. 2nd. My wife takes our vehicle there. It was making a noise from the engine. Next thing Target says the engine needs rebuilt. We need you to sign this ASAP to get it in we are very busy. Thanks, but like a doctor I'll get another opinion. Turns out a oil pressure sensor and low on oil. Brother in law fixes after a few hours. Back on the road. $100 bucks later.

TARGET IS RIGHT ON TARGET

They are unparalleled with their mechanical knowledge. I have dealt with them for many years and they always exceed my expectations. Very friendly, speedy and prices are always fair. They are masters at matching colors. I will take my car nowhere, but Target.
