    The gentlemen at Target Auto Group were very easy to work with and went above any beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We bought a great 2006 Acura TL... for our son in college. So far, so good.

    Tracked down the vehicle we wanted and found a very nice example on targets lot. The experience is what you would expect at a used car lot. The salesman... in my case named Mo "sells" you on the car you look at but he wasn't pushy about making a purchase which I like. The car we looked at had a mechanical issue which I brought to Mo's attention and it was fixed the next day without hassle, question or an agreement to buy. We did end up purchasing the car financing was offered through a bank but I would recommend lining up financing on-line or through a bank as I did. Being a smaller dealership they take a day or two in order to get everything lined up on financing unlike a dealership lot. Have had the car now month and a few minor problems have come up that I have addressed but nothing I would blame on the dealership. A third party warrantee was offered but online reviews were very poor on the company and I do most of my own work so we opted out. I would buy from them again but like all used cars look them over good and if you don't know what to look for take someone who does.

    Upon viewing a car I was interested in on the internet I emailed them with all my contact information and requested a car fax report on the vehicle. I... did not receive a response ( no email or phone call) so a couple hours later I phoned the dealership directly. I talked to Max and Mo and asked them some questions and he said he would email the Auto Check report. He told me if I wanted a Car Fax report I would have to pay for it myself. After 3 hours passed and no report, I called again and Max told me the info was sent...and it was not. It was frustrating dealing with Max. My impression of this business is they are unprofessional. When they answer the phone they do not say their name and you have to ask who you are speaking with and they promise to email information and do not follow thru. If this is the customer service they give before you buy I cannot imagine how they treat you once they have the money. There is absolutely no way I would purchase a vehicle here.

    First off I find out that Moe wrote most of these himself. 2nd. My wife takes our vehicle there. It was making a noise from the engine. Next thing Target... says the engine needs rebuilt. We need you to sign this ASAP to get it in we are very busy. Thanks, but like a doctor I'll get another opinion. Turns out a oil pressure sensor and low on oil. Brother in law fixes after a few hours. Back on the road. $100 bucks later.

    They are unparalleled with their mechanical knowledge. I have dealt with them for many years and they always exceed my expectations. Very friendly, speedy... and prices are always fair. They are masters at matching colors. I will take my car nowhere, but Target.

    Unparalleled mechanical knowledge. I took my car in for repairs and they are friendly, speedy and have very fair prices. They were able to match the colors... perfectly on my car. I will take my car nowhere else.

    Very refreshing. The usual quips about used car salesmen is NOT TRUE in this case. They went above and beyond to get us the car we wanted. Us bad credit,... no trade and not much down. Plus even though we bought an 11 year old car, they accommodated me by fixing or making arrangements to fix, everything on the list. I had made out a list of things that were not up to par. I was not always pleasant to deal with and they never lost control and bent over backwards to accommodate us. It was by far the most pleasant experience that I have had in my 40 some years of buying cars. More importantly they are HONEST in my opinion. Job well done guys- Thank you Moe!!!!!! Lynne Moran

    We live in Columbus. Target had the car we wanted but they were 140 miles away. Mo and I talked on the price over the phone. We agreed on price and all... that was needed was a test drive. With a handful of e-mails we set out on our road trip. I brought the e-mail to "prove" the agreed upon price. Mo greeted us at the door. We test drove the Nissan it was everything Mo said it was. There were no surprises! I sat down with Mo and pulled out the e-mails. He already had the paperwork out with the agreed upon price in the blank places. NO last minute dealing. Other the then trip it was the easiest sale we had ever been apart of. "We also got to enjoy the 140 mile trip back in our new car" Can not say enough great things about Mo.

    I called Target auto group to see about a new battery and install for my car. The service advisor, as he called himself, said the battery would be around... $169. I asked what they would charge to install only if I brought in the battery. They don't do that which is understandable. Again I asked then how much for the battery and install. He said it varies from car to car. I told him the make and model and he says, "look this isn't McDonalds, its not cookie cutter here, it varies from car to car." But I just told you my car, what's the price? I don't know ma'am, its not that simple. I asked him to look it up or ask someone who would know. Again he gives me the McDonalds comment. I have NEVER had a place speak to me like that or not be able to give a general fee for battery installation! He was no where close to being professional, let alone friendly. I just moved to the Bedford area and I can guarantee they will not be getting my business!
