They will not get back to if you have any issues with

They will not get back to if you have any issues with your car. Plus if you call them they will either not answer or ouch your call to someone’s answering machine. They also lie when buying the car, telling you they have no issues or that they will help you out if you have a problem. They will also do what ever they can so you cannot use your lifetime warranty

The service department is useless and won’t call you back

The service department is useless and won’t call you back and will keep pushing your call to someone else’s message machine. Do not buy a car from them. They lie about issues and how willing they are to help you resolve the problem.

Finance changed our sales agreement and charged us

Finance changed our sales agreement and charged us $10,000 more than we agreed to. We’ve been had. Worst experience buying ANYTHING. Never been lied to like that!

Noah was awesome.

Noah was awesome. The finance manager needs a little work. Overall i had a good experience and would definitely use Eastern Shore Hyundai again.

Excellent experience purchasing the vehicle we wanted.

Excellent experience purchasing the vehicle we wanted. Fischer was our salesperson. Very dedicated. Be prepared to spend most of your day but our salesman Fisher and the Finance Officer made it a pleasant experience. When we need another vehicle we will return. A relative and neighbor friend recommended Eastern Shore to us. Good recommendation
