Always can get me in early 7:00 or so and this works well for me. My Chevy truck is perfect for my needs and has been a great vehicle.

In an out quick. Only issue is that they called my house phone and not my cell phone when my car was ready. However I will still take my car here to be serviced, nice staff, everything is done quickly, and there is no pressure to buy extra services.

I am so very satisfied every time I go to Runde Chevrolet to get my car serviced! As I have said before, from the beginning, they call me by my first name, which pleases me very much. Anyone that I have come in contact with in their Service Department, has always been very friendly. This time I talked to Brad. He was very cordial, professional, told me what was going to be done to my car, asked if I had any questions!! And it was all done in a short amount of time! A couple of the many things I have genuinely appreciated about the Runde business model is that there are no gimmicks or high-pressure moments. In each of my experiences, I have had honest, straightforward conversations with sincere individuals within all departments of their business. I'd consider their business model as a throwback to the days when your handshake was your word, and your word was beyond reproach.

Oil change and tire rotation. In and out in no time. Very friendly service staff.

As usual the wait was short and the conversations in the waiting area were lively.Hometown dealership is the Best!!
