A new car!!

I traded in a car I purchased 2 years ago from Runde's. My sales associate, Tim Meyer, was so wonderful to work with and he made the car buying experience the best I've ever experienced. I will continue to trade with Runde's (Tim) and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Excellent customer service

Dave Frazier, salesman, was proactive in his approach. He called me up and stated that GM was having excellent rebates and current loyalty money. I test drove the new Silverado and he made the buying procedure very easy.

I called Runde Auto and spoke with Mr. Timmerman. He was able to squeeze me in the same day as my 2011 Silverado had two urgent issues. Both were fixed the same day. Well done Runde!! The only issue is that Pat sent me off with a 2014 Silverado loaner. Now i must fight off the urge to trade!

Tim Meyer is Great, Service mgr was great too.

Only one thing that is an irritarion is the fact that I had to come back for the second time because when diagnosed a week earlier, parts were not available. But, service was good, the availability of a nice, new vehicle to drive while mine was being fixed was a great experience. Service Manager was great.. As for the return visit because of unavailable parts????? Well, I don't know what can be done about that. I live 1-1/2 hour away form the dealer. Return visits are difficult. So, we'll just hope we don't have any parts issues in the future :) This being said, I really have no negative issues with Runde.. So far, its a great dealer to do business with. My son traded there two years ago,. Experience was great then too...

2500 HD Silverado

The new truck is fine.I am not to happy with the bedliner installation but we are trying to fix it ourselves.Otherwise everything else was okay at Runde.

Great experience

We have always had good experiences with Runde Chevrolet, that is why we keep coming back. Mark Fleege was very friendly and Runde's gave us a good trade in allowance.

Great place to buy a Pickup Truck !!!

I have always been treated in a respectfull manner at your dealership. I have purchased 2 new Silverado pickups from Jake, and felt I was delt with fairly both times. Jake is definatly an asset to your organization and is very professional in his approach to my situation. I plan on doing more deals with him.

Excellent Customer Service = Tim Runde

We have always enjoyed purchasing our vehicles from Runde Chevrolet. Great prices and excellent Customer Service. We've been unfortunate in having 2 accidents in 3 years totalling the car each time. We are now in our 3rd new Traverse and Tim Runde is always very responsive and accommodating for us especially since we live outside of Dubuque. We are always very happy with our decision in purchasing a vehicle from Tim. We trust him completely. Very Happy Customers, Farl and Rachel
