I found a 2006 Lexus RX400H on cars.com used the contact dealer interface to ask questions. Dealer replied quickly and politely. Negotiated dealer minimum... price via email before we drove to out to test drive the vehicle. Once we got there we liked the SUV but found that there were a couple of issues. I asked about those issues and renegotiated the price of vehicle in light of said issues. The reduction was fair to both parties. Will definitely check Morris stock the next time I am in the market for a new vehicle.
Bought a used vehicle from Morris, and found the process very commendable in every way. After initially listing the vehicle on the internet, the dealership... increased the asking price finding it was initially underpriced. As I had made contact on the basis of the original price, it was honored by the dealership. Questions regarding the car were fully answered and helpful advice offered. Very good overall experience with the dealership.
Decided to buy a car from this place, turns out they didnt charge me for all that crazy stuff that i get charged for at other places. Turned in to look... at a yukon and was getting ready for someone to hassle me but after i was curious about price and other details Dave was close by and answered my quick questions, before i knew it I was driving a vehicle that I wanted and down the road I went only took an hour from start to finish. Morris Auto Sales was the best car buying experience I have had! Being family owned and operated set them apart from other dealers I have dealt with in... the past. It was a relief to walk into a "low-pressure" atmosphere. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
Buying experience seemed okay but ended up selling me a lemon that I had to dump at a loss. They had to know about the problems...warranty did not cover... any of them. Let the buyer beware! You are better off going to a real dealer instead of a place like this.
Good service. They traded in a car I didn't want for what I asked. But turns out they sold me a lemon with no prior acknowledgment. Got a bill later from... the State saying I owed taxes on the car I traded them. Outstanding service.. Not
