He was patient with giving me all of the information I needed about each vehicle that I inquired about. He was very patient, knowledgable, honest, and understanding. He even made sure that I was aware of the difference between a CVT and an automatic transmission, as the jeep I ended up with has a CVT. The payments ended up being much less than what I paid for my previous vehicle. It was a very pleasant car shopping/buying experience! Just bought a 2006 Ford Explorer on May 1, 2016. The sales rep was Scott.This was the second vehicle I have bought from them in the past 10 years. Both times the process was smooth and the vehicles were low milage and in great condition. I actually test drove a vehicle from another car lot and drove it to Gasoline Alley to see what they had to offer. I told one of the sales associates what I was looking for. He showed me a 2004 Lincoln Aviator and I instantly fell in love with everything it offered. So I took the overly priced junker back to the other lot and came back to Gasoline Alley, I am now a proud owner of the 2004 Lincoln Aviator. There was no stress, and everything went so smooth.
