Ask for BRAD!! He’s not the traditional sales guy. We worked really well together. I requested to have a 3rd party inspection for my future Porsche with Garagisti and the Everest Team handled all the picking and dropping. I flew in from DFW and Brad arranged an Uber to pick me up. I had plenty of time with my Porsche with no rush from any Everest Team Member. Then the power went out. We waited patiently hoping it would come back. But it didn’t. Brad and the Everest Team attempted using their generators, iPads, Laptops but couldn't properly connect to their dealership server/ software. It just wasn’t working. Then finally one of the associates left to bring in their personal Ford Lightning which made all the difference. Within a few moments they were back online and keys were in my hand. I had a wonderful experience with my local Park Place dealerships here in DFW and now hold Everest Motors to the same standards. Top level service focused solely on their customers. The dedication and customer service at Everest Motors seem to truly set them apart. Overcoming obstacles like power outages with quick thinking and resourcefulness, the team demonstrates a commitment to ensuring a seamless experience. The personal touch of staying in contact post-purchase shows a level of care that goes beyond the sale, fostering trust and setting a high standard for customer satisfaction. It's these kinds of experiences that build lasting relationships and turn new customers into loyal advocates. Edit: Brad even stayed in contact with me, informing me that my plate is expected along with my sticker.

2nd time I've gone to this dealership.
2nd time I've gone to this dealership. First time I went to look at a truck there I arrived with my daughter they told me the truck I came to look at was at their shop. Same ol same ol. Tried to up sale me on another vehicle, because the one I came to look at wasn't there. Nevermind you that the truck I came to look at was a d still is listed for sale on their website. Second time I go to look at a different truck. Truck was there I take it out on test drive. Go and get it put on a scanner truck had lots of codes on it. I took it to a dealership to get checked out not a shade tree mechanic. I told them what was wrong w the vehicle. Wouldn't you know vehicle still up for sale like nothing wrong w it.

It's not uncommon for used vehicles to have stored codes from previous issues, which can be cleared during maintenance or repair. In this case, the truck had not shown any issues for at least the past 10,000 miles, indicating its good condition. Super pleased with how easy it was to find the right truck, at the right price here. Shervin took his time going over several trucks with me, didn't pressure me about test drive times or my nitpicking the details. I feel really good about the price, and it was nice to not have to go through a long closing process. Thank you!

A great process as I purchased a vehicle for my business
A great process as I purchased a vehicle for my business needs, and salesman Shervin made the transaction exceptionally easy. A pleasure to do business with. I inquired about a vehicle that I came across while searching online and Shervin went above and beyond to facilitate the sale. He sent information, pictures and videos and made me extremely comfortable in making an out of state purchase. Shervin even found transportation and handled all the details to ship truck from Houston to Vegas at a very reasonable price. Shervin was great! We made a 13 hour drive down to Houston to pick up the truck and he already had all the paperwork ready for us when we arrived. Once we had arrived we looked at the truck and noticed the horn and remote start wasn’t working so he immediately sent it to his mechanics and had it fixed quick and easy while we were signing papers! So pleased with their customer service we plan on buying a second truck from them

Have many friends in hotshot industry will tell all them stay far away. When you say something keep your word nothing you say with all your fancy words going to change that.

They are dishonest and very very Shady dealeship
This dealership is dishonest and very very Shady!!! The salesman Brad pulled my credit wihout my permission! He said he could get me numbers with an idea of what it might run on the,2007 Ford Black 450. Which they had listed on ebay and their direct website after talking to him and giving him the color tbe make and year. He try to give me information on 2 vehicles and got that mixed and and confused me. Then he tried to tell me that one vehicle was broke down are had something wrong with it! Then he told me that it would take,a while to fix. Do to covid 19. But the they where still trying to sell the 2007 ford 450 vehicle on both websites. How unprofessional and shady is that!!!!! The F finance manger said he eas gling to get with the owner to discuss about taking that hard pull off of my credit on asap. And i have called and left you a voicemails with them. And they still havent returned my phone call. I want that hard pull removed off my all 3 credit bureaus asap!!!! Today. Are i am going to report you to the Texas BBB and state attorney office for illegal and unethical business procedures!!!!! Fix your mistake today!!!!! Do not buy any car are truck from this SHADY AND CORRUPT DEALERSHIP!!!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!@ DISHONEDT AND VERY SHADY PEOPLE!!!!! THANKS ROBERT MONTEITH

eBay purchase
I purchased a 2015 Ford F-250 on eBay. Brad was fantastic to deal with. The transaction was super smooth and easy. I scheduled a wire transfer and flew in the following weekend to pick it up. The truck was in perfect condition and as described in the listing. Everest motors is a top not dealer. Very happy customer.
