: $28,754.

: $28,754.79 Auto loan financed -Bad Business!! Buyer BEWARE!! Do not buy or finance with this company, they are corrupt & will sell the car, right under you, after you have acquired an auto loan through them. They are very deceptive & not reliable. We financed on 9/7 with Mr. Steve Bailey, and he congratulated us, only to have Ben or Mark sell the car the next day, knowing we already were getting our auto loan & financing together.. We gave our SS #'s & they put points on our credit report, and renigned on our purchase, not informing us. This is bad business ethics. Shame on them!! See attached Retail Buyers Order as our evidence & proof.; No settlement requested - for BBB information only

Great experience with Lyon and the car was as advertised

Great experience with Lyon and the car was as advertised and additional fees were lower than other dealerships that I got quotes on similar cars. Can’t go wrong with these guys.

Didn't honor discount offered originally.

Didn't honor discount offered originally. Wouldn't honor recommendations suggested by an outside source. Had to call multiple times to have title sent when it was supposed to be overnight delivered. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

My hopes of this review is that it saves someone from

My hopes of this review is that it saves someone from having to empty their wallet days after purchasing from this dealership. I was an out of state buyer on a (49K Mile) 15 Mercedes CLS 63. After the sales guy assured me this car was in great condition and his manager was very picky about purchases, I put a deposit down and went the next week to grab it. As soon as I got the car back to Atlanta, I took it to the best Euro shop around and that's when I got the news. This car is in terrible mechanical shape. Both intercoolers leaking, oil leaks EVERYWHERE (Front timing cover, Oil Pan, Filter Housing) Suspension bushings shot, and front axle shot. When I reached out to them, the response was "you declined the extended warranty" - "Its a 9 year old German car, there will be leaks" and my favorite "That shop sounds like they are taking advantage of you"... You can't fake oil leaks and busted bushings lol That's just the mechanical side.. Both bumpers have been poorly repainted and have runs in the clear coat. I asked the dealer to either A: Help with SOME, not even all, of the repairs to get the car up to par, or B: Take it back.. I was left with no response. Awful experience and I will continue to make sure people know it.

Two thumbs up

Jack was super attentive and helpful. My partner and I were able to successfully purchase our car with ease, and Jack was sure to give us some laughs along the way.

AVOID 2016 AUDI SQ5, HIGH REPAIR COST, YIKES

Customer service was good. Unfortunately they are hiding a lot with this car. 2016 Audi SQ5 ($26,788 - 70,857mi) Valve covers were washed to hide oil leaks. Heavy leak from rear. Entire front suspension needs replaced All control arm/ thrust arm bushings are torn and dry rotting. $6,000 repair There is more.... This is all backed by a comprehensive PPI from a local shop. I'd post the report but cars.com does not allow photos. I cannot speak on other cars in inventory, but this is a must avoid! They overpaid for the vehicle and subsequently will not budge on pricing.
