Horrible experience

I drove two (2) hours to buy a car from them. When I got there, the price changed from $4950 to $5950. That is absolute disgraceful to change price right after I drove two hours. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

"The customer is always wrong"

“The customer is always wrong.” This is their motto. I felt treated with disrespect and condescendence by Amir since the beginning. After taking the car to a pre-purchase inspection, I showed him the dealership’s report with the problems it had, and he simply insisted that nothing was wrong with the car, and that the authorized dealership service department was making things up because they wanted my business. The only reason I did not walk away right then was because the car was exactly what I was looking for. After much haggling, during which Amir kept interrupting me, speaking over me, and treating me as if I were a gullible child, we finally agreed that I would pay for the parts, and E-trade would perform the service. The car was fixed after some more sessions of terrible customer service. Then, the new source of grievance was the title. After exactly two months of buying the car, I called Amir saying that they would have to give me another 30-day extension on the temporary tags, since they still had not given me the car title. So, on the day I called, he finally found the title, so who knows for how long it had just been sitting on his desk while I waited for it to arrive in the mail, as he first told. On the phone, Amir said he would not mail the title for fear it could get lost. He said that I had to drive to the store to get it (I live one hour away), and then they would give me the final extension on the tags (because my appointment with the DMV was still weeks away). The day I finally made time to go there, Alex, the manager, was unprofessional, dismissive, and rude, and refused to give me an extension. First they told me it would cost me $100 dollars, and when I said that I would obviously not pay anything, they changed their story and said that they could not issue another extension, “because it would raise questions.” Long story short, I had to take time off work to go to the DMV, since I did not want to be driving around with expired tags until the day of my appointment. So, if you do decide to go there, I hope you are lucky to just walk in, pay the sticker price, leave with the title in hands, and never have to see them again. Otherwise…

Bait and switch

An advertised van on the website stated the van is $11,950. After asking for two days to clarify, I drove 2 hours to receive a message. The van has increased in price to $18,950 due to high demand!!! Bait and switch! Consumer beware!

Highly Recommend This Company

The inventory is impressive and the are patient. There is no pressure. I am happy with the Chevy Impala I purchased. Ask for OB. He is well informed and listens. I highly recommend this company.

Outstanding Customer Service

I purchased a vehicle from ETrade Auto Sales a few months ago, and Ali and Alex provided excellent customer service. Most importantly, they are trustworthy and stand behind their product. They followed up on all of my concerns until I was completely satisfied. I will buy from them again.

Great experience

I didn't have the experience some of the other commenters had. My wife and I bought a Chrysler 300 and we are VERY happy with the car's quality and the value we got. Ali was friendly, professional, and worked with us on a couple of things with the car. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely buy from E Trade Auto again.

Unbelievable

I Purchased a 2007 Lincoln Navigator with a three month warranty. However, the car was shaking so bad Jeffery Lube refused to give a oil change. I contact Ali (in which was very nice from the beginning) and he said I can bring the truck back to be checked. When I got there Alex was explaining I filled out the wrong paper work. He changed the price of the car from $7400 to $10,000. Before I can ask questions he said if I don't like it, I could take my money back and get out. I was SHOCKED!!! There was no argument for that to be said. I explained that was not nice and I would NEVER do business with him. He clearly do not value customers, I DO NOT TRUST THEIR INTEGERITY. I do not recommend anyone to do business with them, I would also spread the word to stay away from this place.

2011 Jeep

We spent weeks looking for a specific used car. We found there service exceptional. They are extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. The buying process was simple and fast. The vehicle in excellent condition. We will be going back.

Not fancy, but excellent prices & customer service

Overall, we were very satisfied with our used car buying experience at eTrade Auto Sales! The dealership is not fancy and it?s hard to find a place to park, but we got a fantastic price on a 2013 Toyota with low miles. We were appreciative and impressed that the salesman Ali authorized the service team to perform all the little fixes that we requested. The process of getting the paperwork completed to buy our car (through the USAA buying program) was very smooth and unstressful. Alex also gave us great customer service and made sure we were completely satisfied. Our Maryland tags took a little longer to be mailed to us than we?d hoped, but we are thrilled with our new ride and we highly recommend eTrade Auto Sales.

great service easy to work with i love them

THIs place was great service was the best i had in years in fers to come.Ali was so cool with me he made me feel like i was a king in for that i love these guys in i will only buy from them.
