Ripped off!
Bought a 2006 Subaru B9 Tribeca on May 25, 2022. Ready to drive home, the hood would not open. I paid the garage mechanic across the street to fix it. Over the next few months more and more was wrong. The muffler was getting louder each day. I called him and told him this was not something that happened overnight so, he was good enough to send me to a shop to be fixed at his expense. It had an auto leak and became severe. The CD player, AC and power passenger seat did not work. During all of this time, service engine lights (2) were coming on. I had a diagnosis for the codes done. Cam shaft positioning sensor bank 1 was bad. That was replaced. Lights went out. Days later lights were on again.Cruise light flashed on and off steadily and traction light came on. Diagnosed again, Cam shaft sensor was on again. I called him in tears afraid to drive the car. I called him and told him about the oil leak, AC, and CD. He said that the AC and CD were not important. He had me take it to Smith's Tire &Service Center River St W-B. The mechanic CLAIMS he changed cam sensor bank 2. I have no proof. Fred claims he paid for this. When I asked the mechanic,Dave, if Fred mentioned the AC, he replied that the warranty was expired and that Fred said he wasn't doing any more to it. Dave said you can't check AC in winter because it's too cold. Do I look stupid, I thought. My oil leak was very, very bad. I left a message for Fred telling him I would like him to take the car back and refund the $5675 plus fees and tax and he just said he was sorry I wasn't happy with the vehicle, but he wasn't doing any more. October 3, my radiator went and I paid $677 to relace it at Churnetski's in Hanover Twp. Lights would go off each time I would replace a part because they would reset it and lights would go out. I went to Subaru of Wyoming Valley for a diagnosis and pd $160 for this. Major engine repair was the diagnosis and highlighted recommendation that this be taken care of immediately. I had a mobile mechanic come to evaluate the car and he said the oil leak was severe and took a video of the under carriage and it was covered in oil. This did not happen overnight either. He said the engine would have to come out and possibly be rebuilt. I am on SS and cannot afford to repair this car. I am pursuing a lawsuit.

A great car on a great referral
The referralby a coworkerto check these folks outwas the best I've gotten in a long time.I was amazed at their extensive inventory and had to choosefrom 3 cars that fit my needs and budget. Working with Karl, the salesman, and Fred, the owner i found them knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. They made my car buying experience easy, enjoyable, and memorable. In the office to handle details of thepaperwork, Just J and JD extended the ease and simplicity of my purchase. I've since recommended 2 friends knowing that they too would find a great selection and a good deal while receiving customer servicefrom a caring team that really takes the hassle out of buying a car.

Sells junk and does not keep his word
Interested in buying a car from them. Wanted to have a mechanic to look the car who was 2 miles away he said no problem just put down a deposit and it would go towards the car or refund to you if you don’t want it. I did not buy the car and he refused to give my $100 deposit back. Please avoid car was junk. Would have not passed inspection.
