I recently bought a vehicle from this location, and while
I recently bought a vehicle from this location, and while my salesperson Kevin was actually pretty decent and seemed like he meant well, the experience took a sharp turn for the worse once the sale was done. Before finalizing the deal, I made it very clear that I was only moving forward if the vehicle came with a working charger. Well, I got the car — but the charger doesn’t work at all. That’s bad enough, but what’s worse is how everything was handled after. I tried reaching out multiple times — called at least 4 or 5 times — just to speak with a manager. No response. When I finally got through to Nubian M. Holmes, who is apparently the Sales Manager, I was completely shocked by how rude and unprofessional he was. Instead of trying to help or even just listen, he brushed off the situation, offered no solutions, and actually told me: “If you’re not happy, just bring the car back. We’ll be waiting.” Who says that to a customer? It wasn’t just dismissive — it was disrespectful. No accountability, no effort to make it right. Just pure ego and attitude. I honestly couldn’t believe it. Let me be clear: this isn’t about the car. It’s about how they treat people after they get your money. That’s when the mask comes off. And if this is the kind of leadership they have running the place, it explains a lot. The sales team might seem helpful at first, but once the papers are signed, you’re on your own. No one will care. No one will help. And if something goes wrong? Good luck even getting a call back. Trust your gut and shop somewhere else. I wish I had.
