Fill up gas tank when customer drive away
Great experience! The only thing was Alm do not fill your gas tank up! The car I traded in I made sure gas was in it. The tank was almost in the red. Most car dealership gives you a full tank of gas. Also, they had to redo my whole paperwork which made me stay there an extra hour to 2 hours. I wish I had seen how big the car was before getting in it. I literally have to grab steering wheel to get in and I slide out to get out. I wish they would find the the same vehicle but smaller and it look the same. Salesman was fantastic!!!

My family was relocating from Bermuda to Georgia.
My family was relocating from Bermuda to Georgia. We needed a car and my wife wanted a Mercedes. We settled on the GLA 250. We contacted this dealership and they located 1 for us. They advised me there was a list of repairs that needed to be made on the vehicle before I could take ownership. I thought that was great. Little did I know it was a lie. One of the items on the list was the transmission. It was supposed to be repaired. 1 year later the transmission is being replaced for $8600.00. When I contacted the operations manager for ALM, he advised me they have an as it policy and he was glad the vehicle ran well for the year that I had it. His name was Cade Ekes. We paid cash for the vehicle so my only choice was to repair it.

As someone who financially can handle this, there are folks out there that can’t. You should be ashamed of yourselves for taking advantage of the public like this. I’m sure I’m not the only one but let’s hope the bbb will make me the last

I just want to say after a horrible experience at ALM Marietta, Darrell at ALM Gwinnett showed my Husband and I that he is capable of listening and getting the job done! We test drove 2 cars and sat down with Darrell and told him what we were looking to spend. Darrell didn’t haggle or tell us any lies. He was able to meet our expectations and I couldn’t be any happier with our new purchase. Thank you Darrell for everything today!

Since receipt of our used car (2 weeks after sale),
Since receipt of our used car (2 weeks after sale), multiple items have broken on the interior and we noticed that the majority of the fixes were not completed. Additionally, our salesperson quit the company and “management” has had a lackluster approach. Now the check engine light is on and the temporary tags are about to expire. There are nice people who work there, so shout out to those few, but the processes and caretaking of issues by others is grossly mismanaged and inadequate.

I am writing to inform you of a concerning issue I
I am writing to inform you of a concerning issue I recently experienced with one of your vehicles. On December 2, 2022, I purchased a 2019 X7 BMW with 18,000 from ALM Gwinnett. There were no damage or replacement parts listed on the CarFax or inspection. When we purchased the vehicle, the check engine light was on, and we were told that the car had not been driven in a while and we needed to drive it for a few days, and the light would go off. Then we were instructed to bring the car back for its emissions. Upon returning a few days after purchase, I was given a letter and instructed to take it across the street for emissions. The truck passed emissions, but the light returned a few days later. I called the SOS from the vehicle after the light returned a few times and was told that it may need to be reset. Sure enough, the light went off but would return months later. I made an appointment with BMW to have the vehicle serviced. However, the warranty expired a month prior, and now I am starting to receive all types of notifications and warnings. I even had the police station contact me due to an error in the emergency call system. The police thought I was in danger. However, I was just leaving the gym. At this point, I contacted the dealership to make an appointment. I went in for my appointment for what I thought was a sensor diagnostic, turn into a $5K repair bill. It appears that the control system was replaced on 4/22/22. There is no documentation of this except on BMW’s system- not sure if someone paid for these services with cash, so the information would not appear on the inspection report. I also saw on the vehicle report that the windshield and sunroof were replaced. This was not listed on the Carfax either. I believe some of the faulty wiring issues are negligence on your part for not providing this information to a new buyer or doing the proper research. I will spare some of the details of the disappointment I experienced as I waited in a BMW lobby for 5 hours with no resolution and walked away with an estimate of $5k. Furthermore, we purchased the extended warranty from ALM Gwinnett, GWC. GWC told me over the phone that some repairs would be covered but denied the claim. I am very concerned about this incident and feel it poses a significant risk to myself and other drivers. I am writing to request that your company take immediate action to investigate this issue and determine why this issue was not documented on the Carfax report. I would appreciate a prompt response to this matter. I provided a copy to Anthony on May 2nd. I haven't heard back from anyone as of yet. I reached out this week and have not been able to speak to a manager. I have been transferred to multiple voicemails with no resolution. Thank you for your immediate attention to this issue.
