Very satisfied with everything about this dealership from the friendly people working inside to the lineup of trucks in there parking lot. I went to prestige auto for a used truck when I got there I realized it was only 4x2 and I really wanted a 4x4, so the salesman Jason actually found me a 4x4 with same miles and that's not usually the case at most dealerships I've been too. I ended up purchasing the truck. Working with there finance man Tom made the purchase process effortless and easy and for that I recommend if you are in the market for a used truck this is definitely a place you should check out. Thank you for an effortless purchase process Jason and Tom looking forward to working with you in the future.

Good buying experience at the dealership................

it was a very pleasant , the sales people were very friendly and made me feel welcome. they were honest and answered all my questions and they didn't take long to complete the paper work.

We were extremely satisfied with our experience at Prestige Auto. The sales saff wasn't super pushy like other dealerships we had been to. They were very knowledgeable and it was clear they wanted to help us make the best decision for us. We are very happy about our purchase and left there agreeing we would definately buy from them again in the future!

They truly care about their customers. They sat down with me and went through everything with the truck I was looking at. They even pulled it inside for my boyfriend and I to look over top to bottom before we left. No pressure at all. I called the next day and came and picked it up. I love the truck, everything I was looking for and the price was very fair. My bank even told me that is seemed like a very good deal. I've had it a month and absolutely love it. I've never had an easier, quicker, more pleasant dealership experience than I did at Prestige. From the second I walked in I was greeted with a smile from Justin. I told him I was there to test drive a specific vehicle I saw online. One quick check to see if anyone had money down reserving it, and the keys were in my hand for the test drive with no questions, no fuss, no muss. He asked if I was considering a trade in, to which I replied yes. He took down the info for the trade. I got back from the test drive, we chatted for about 5 minutes where he told me what my trade was worth and I said I was ready to get the paper work started. The Finance manager wouldn't be in until later and I needed to go. Justin took my basic info down and told me Tom, the finance manager would call me later in the afternoon. Like clock work I got the call. Tom explained all the terms he could do. It was exactly what I was looking for. The next day I was back to sign on the dotted line. All in all for the buying experience (test drive, paperwork, etc.) I spent all of about 45 minutes total. Completely easy to work with. Clearly explained everything. Absolutely NO pressure or tactics. They made me feel like I was just there hanging out. With my experience, I would definitely suggest any of my friends go there.
