I found the truck I wanted on line, contacted them on line. By the next day I was on my way to trade my truck in a purchase the much newer one , everything was pleasant and smooth.

Tom did a great job explaining the truck and is knowledgeable about many of the trucks. Friendly service. Offered a fair trade in value for our trade in. Answered all of our questions about the truck and the process and sought an answer that he didn't have a firm answer to (good followup). He has a good working relationship with the local banks. He didn't overly push any products on us (such as extended warranty). I would recommend this place to my friends and family. Offered us bottled water. Showroom, offices and restroom were well maintained.

We came from 3 hours away and it was everything they said it would be. We got the deal done and on our way home quickly with no added time trying to sell us extended warranties. Very nice people from our salesman to the finance manager. No pressure tactics of any kind. I will definitely check them out fist when I'm in the market again for a used vehicle

I normally hate buying from a dealer and negotiating with salesman. The guys here however, seemed very down to earth, easy to work with, and did a great job. All in all it was a smoothie experience today.
