Smooth process

Very helpful and the process was smooth. I was looking for a truck and the employee quickly helped me find the right truck. He was straight forward with everything and helpful.

Visit to Prestige Auto

What a wonderful experience. Came to look at a truck we saw on Internet, took it for test drive, salesman was helpful, answered all are many questions. Gave us a good deal on are trade in, we were in and out in no time and felt really good about are deal. So happy with are truck.

Horrible

If I could leave a zero I definitely would bought a truck then within a week I had issues took it to their auto shop the fixed something that wasn?t even related to what was wrong called again and they told me to fix it on my own dime I would not recommend prestige auto find a better dealer

Dealer response

Logan (James), We are more than willing to help you get the "ABS light" diagnosed and repaired. Upon you arriving at the shop to have it looked at, the light was no longer on. The only code was for a faulty brake switch, which we replaced at no cost to you (even though the manufacturer warranty has expired and you declined wanting a service contract). Unfortunately, you refused to bring it back to our shop to have the issue resolved, at no cost to you. We can not address your concern, if you do not make the truck available to us. The foul language and derogatory comments used on the phone were completely uncalled for, as we are trying to make every effort possible to address this minor issue. This is all after we fixed your father's lighting issues on his truck for free, with parts from our shop on a truck he purchased from another dealer.

Looking for a bigger truck

I traded in my 2008 F-150 for a 2010 F-350. The customer service is excellent and I was very pleased with the amount I was given for my trade in.

Black F-150

Great customer service. Very easy to work with & do not push you to make decisions. Test drove truck for the first time & everything worked great. While test driving the 2nd time there was an issue with a sensor. There was absolutely no hesitation to resolve the issue before picking up the truck

Great Experience

Very happy with the customer service at Prestige. Jason was very patient while we made our decision on which truck to purchase. Great inventory of trucks and great people.

Great family owned business

Jason and the team were great to work with through the entire process. Has a family owned business feel in that they are down to earth, accommodating and honest. Addressed any concerns we had and went out of their way to help us. No high pressure, relaxed and genuine. The gentlemen there even ooh'd and ahh'd over my 3 month old baby while we were there. Very kind and great to work with.

Would Recommend to Anyone!

Recently bought a used truck and I can not say more great things about this place the sale happened fast! Within 2 days so if you need a truck fast go to them they are speedy and have some very nice inventory. Even with buying the truck here the sales person gave me some great aftermarket ideas that would be simple and easy the dealer is great to work with as well as the employees.

Very happy

I went into Prestige with a price in mind that I wanted to spend. I was not hassled by anyone like you get when you go into some dealerships. They had a very large selection to choose from. I test drove the vehicle then told Jason a oroce i was thinking and he did what he could to get me within $400 of that price. I'm very happy with my purchase and would definetly refer a friend

Review for Prestige Auto

We saw the vehicle we were interested in and were able to test drive, check everything out, discuss the price, and drive away from the lot with the car and paperwork done the same day in a minimum amount of time. They put in a new battery before we left the lot so I wouldn't have to replace anything right away. The seller showed us the Carfax report which I wouldn't have thought to look up, so we had all the information available on the vehicle. Service was great and I'm very pleased with the van.
