Absolute best experience!

Absolute best experience! From my first interaction with Daria months ago, she has been communicative and beyond helpful. Went to bat for me and now I'm in beautiful new Defender 90 lease while I'm awaiting a custom order to go in. I could not be happier and don't need to worry about how long the new order will take.

No Service at Landrover Jaguar San Diego

On Saturday, June 18th, 2022, I had my 2002 Jaguar X-Type towed into the Service Department. The estimate to repair the differential came in at just under $12,000. This was their way of "getting rid of me as a customer". There was no service there. The service advisor doesn't even bother to return my calls. No courtesy cars available - nothing. I am travelling from Canada and this is the worst service that I have experienced.

Excellent service adviser.

Excellent service adviser. But no “outside the box” solutions considered by management for back ordered parts. Issue was not resolved after over 90 days of vehicle held by dealership.

gouge pricing , triple the competitors price

This dealerships and service provide gouge pricing. I lost my two keys and they attempted to charge me $4750 dollars to reprogram and replace keys. Either this is hte worlds worst vehicle design or they are taking advantage of supply chain issues to rip off loyal customers. Also a 6 week delay.

This dealership service department provides gouge pricing

This dealership service department provides gouge pricing for services. I lost both key fobs and their service department attempted to charge me nearly $4800 to reprogram the keys.

Hi Greg unfortunately on our vehicles when both keys are lost it requires 2 significant modules to be replaced in addition to both keys and can be expensive. Thanks, I waited several days and eventually had to have the vehicle towed. I had several calls and texts with LR San Diego who has my contact information since I purchased the vehicle from you for nearly $70,000. Of course had I been told that simply losing keys would cost almost $5,000 I would not have bought the car.
