Excellent Customer Service

I have been going to Lexus of Melbourne since moving to Florida in 2016. LOVE MY LEXUS AND LEXUS OF MELBOURBE

Another Great Service Visit

My visit started as soon as I pulled up to the dealership -- no waiting. The purpose of the visit was routine maintenance but John asked if there were any issues with the car. He listened carefully and made comments that assured me he understood my concerns. He came to me while I was waiting to go over issues found by the mechanics -- one was a battery problem that would be corrected with a new battery covered under warranty -- yay! Also, a set of tires was needed. He had a variety and prices to choose from. I mentioned that I had anticipated the tires needing replacement and had done a little research and planned to continue researching other sources. He offered to review with me any estimates from other sources. He walked me to my CLEAN car (washed while I waited). What a great service visit. I plan to return when I have an estimate or two to review with John.

Great service department

Great service department and Mike Retz always does a great job of taking care of my car! Nicole Devos was huge help when I bought my new car. Would highly recommend both Mike and Nicole!

Excellent professional service

I was greeted immediately and the service plan on my Lexus was explained to me by Ruben. He followed up with a call on what they found and the cost. Very prompt and professional. I would recommend this dealership. I love my car and they have taken such good care of it over the years.

Service at Lexus of Melbourne

We have dealt with Lexus of Melbourne since 2003 when we purchased our first Lexus SUV. We purchased another Lexus in 2014. By the way we still have the 2003 Lexus SUV. I attribute that to the great service that Mike ensures we receive.
