Awesome no hassle dealership

I received a great value for my trade and had a super buying experience. My new truck is amazing!

smoke and mirrors

A fancy building and that's it. Quoted me 524 for tires and service. Turns out the bill was $1027. Only have to put air in the front passenger twice a day. The old tires rode far better than the new ones and one was flat. Sioux Falls Ford... oh yeah, we will sell you this new Raptor for $28 bucks. Just give us your debit card at 8:58 cause we close at 9. Left the keys in the cup holder. Only to find a receipt for 70k. Then avoid you as if you had Ebola. At least I got a xxxx of a quote. Just not true. Horrible horrible service. Oh ya, and the tires come with a rebate, haha just kidding. I think next week a set of 4 tires is 11 cents and comes with rebate for the golden gate Bridge.

Satisfied Customer

I was in Sioux Falls running some errands, back-up alarm and check engine light appeared. Drove over to the dealership, Josh O. had his team quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue and I was back on the road. Thanks again!

Break of trust

So I thought that buying from here would solve the long old problem of buying a vehicle and it breaking down right away privately. The dealership assisted me in every way to get a deal broke and were very polite after. So I was happy after I drove the vehicle off the lot and home. Started to notice tires were in balanced (not a big deal easy fix) but than SHTF. Had problems with mis fires and everything along those lines and trying to get the vehicle in is xxxx near impossible. But have them send me information on the warranty I had is still yet to this day non existent. They will not give me any information nor can I even find any information. So pretty much I bought a vehicle from them, and than bam. Customer service went right out the window.

Service

Had appointment to change out tires on new vehicle to a different size tire. I verified the tire were in before making appointment the next day. Took over 3 HOURS just to take off new origianal tires and remount the new tires on vehicle. I had to go verify 2 time with service person 1st correct tires being put on 2nd time 1 hour and 20 min later when will be done. The got back to me 40 min later now being close to 2 hours. They only got truck in 2 hours and 15 mins later. It took another hour to complete. Communication and service seemed to be much slower then average for a dealer or auto service location

Great Services, beautiful new facility.

We purchased a 2017 Lincoln MKX that we had specifically ordered. Our salesperson has always been friendly and courteous and ready to answer our questions. The service department and financial person have always been helpful and courteous also. We thoroughly enjoy entering their business knowing that we will be taken care of personally and in reasonable time.

As Expected

The process was clear, simple, and easy just as you would want. I've purchased multiple vehicles through the years from Sioux Falls and have come to expect an elevated service level which they tend to live up to.
