    I had to make a trip out of town and needed to take in my car for the 20,000 mile service. I showed up at lunch time without an appointment. Bertus Geldenhuys... told me that they were busy today but they would get it serviced for me. I told them I would be back after work and wait if I had to. When I returned at 4:30 my car was already up on the rack being serviced, and the service tech Kyle had already rotated and balanced the tires, drained the oil and changed the filter and the pollen filter. He told me the car was in great condition and he would be finished in a few minutes. After he test drove the car, he took it to detail to have the car washed and vacuumed for me. Outstanding friendly service, Will recommend them to all of my friends.

    Bertus was my service advisor and he really made this experience a good one, despite the fact that I walked in with a serious problem with my Eos. I was... pretty sure what the general problem was (misfire from bad spark plugs) and the diagnosis confirmed this. I explained that I had a limited budget for the repair and we discussed the best options. Bertus gave me a price quote within my budget and arranged a rental car for me. When my repair was done, the final cost came out under the initial quote. As a woman, I have had my share of shady car service providers, but despite appearances, I worked in the car industry years ago and have a good basic knowledge that prevents me from being taken for a ride and I never felt I was being talked down to or taken advantage of during this service. I truly appreciate the respect and honesty from Bertus. I have had positive experiences with Prestige VW before and this one is icing on the cake. I would certainly recommend their service department for anyone with a VW.

    Bertus was the customer service associate that handled my appointment when I brought my 2016 GTI to have repairs done under warranty. He was very polite... and efficient, making the whole process very smooth from start to finish. Overall, Prestige Volkswagen exceeded my expectations as I was very happy with the repairs done.

    Very efficient and great service at this dealership. I am on my 3rd VW Jetta and have purchased and/or serviced all of them here. If you are buying... a new or used car see Terry the GM or Jim Buffaloe (salesman). These guys very knowledgable, won't mess around with numbers and will take care of you in a pleasant and efficient manner. Great job guys!
