Fast, efficient, adaptable, and professional…..and all while their computer was on the fritz!. Basic oil change on short notice and the service department got me in and out of there. My only complaint was that they finished before I was done eating the breakfast I brought along. :-) Not sure of who the specific persons were on my job, but it appears that the department works like a well oiled machine (pun intended).

From our initial greeting by Mark to our dealing with Jon, our sales representative, the experience was comfortable, honest and courteous. Once our decision was made, Jon arranged a test drive, evaluated our trade-in and completed all the necessary paperwork in a professional, timely manner. Even though we experienced drivability issue with our trade, Jon arranged to have it towed to Harbro and even delivered our new car, with new plates attached, to our home.
