Bought a 2024 Venue less than 6 months ago. I have been stranded twice. Once because of a dead battery. I charged the battery and all was fine. Now, my instrument panel will not come on. I was told to drive it to them. Note, I would be driving blind w/o the instrument panel. Called Corp since local dealership wanted to put my safety at risk. Corp had the car towed. Problem is now I'm stranded. Can't get to work. No one at dealership returns phone calls. Going on day 3. My guy called them repeatedly until he got someone to answer. Allegedly, it will be fixed and returned to me today. Hopefully, I still have a job. If you don't want your life to be scorched earth, do not give these people your business. They will leave you to their mercy and they have none to give.

Inability to serve customers with appointments
Appointment at 11am for recall (theft device) In addition to oli change and tire rotation, 43,300 miles. At 2:15 pm )3 hrs 15 mo) I asked a service rep “how much longer” he looked in the desk seen my cars paperwork and said it’s done. Then another rep told him the recall repair hasn’t been accomplished, I spoke with the maintenance service manager as to why this delay is happening, He told me he could get me my car and I could go. I told him the reason I made the appointment was because of the recall notification sent to me. He then proceeded to tell of the staff shortage of the facility. I told him that had they known of the short staffing try should have called to cancel the appointment. I’ve bought my car from this dealership and do like the Hyundai vehicle. But this is not the first poor service that I’ve had with Olive Branch service dept. Thr lack of customer service in this department should directly affect the car sales st this facility.

Great Car Buying Experience!
Excellent buying experience wuth our favorite salesman Michael Wood. He is the most friendly, sweet young man you will ever meet. This is the third car we have bought at Hyundai Olive Branch since 2015, and we have never had a complaint with the sales or the service department. All the people there are very professional and knowledgable. Dang, we even liked the finance guy, Tyler Greene, a.k.a. Business Manager!!!
