We really wanted to love Auto Saavy.

We really wanted to love Auto Saavy. There's such a great market out there for reasonably priced used cars that have been carefully repaired for the next owner. We've bought salvage titles a number of times in the past. Each time, the vehicles we had bought had been nicely repaired and detailed so that you couldn't even tell that it had been damaged in an accident before. If we are going to spend close to $30K on a vehicle, we expect for the damage to be repaired correctly and for the interior to have been detailed like it is for sale at any dealership. That is not the experience that we had at Auto Saavy. They had the exact car that we had been shopping for at a nice discount from what the main dealership was charging - a fact you would expect if you were buying a rebuilt title. However, the car wasn't completely repaired, and neither were any of them that we looked at on their lot or in their showroom. There was still visible damage on each car, and the interior on this one was a disgrace. They had not cleaned the extremely stained headliner, repaired the scratches and gouges in the door panels or buffed out the touch up paint that they slapped on damaged spots of the exterior. When we mentioned the problems with the condition of the car, we were told by the salesperson that "it's a used car" like we were supposed to accept the shoddy work that they had completed. Since they have a body shop available, I would expect all defects to be repaired for resale. We left there and decided we would not pursue anything at the other Auto Saavy locations either. I would rather pay a little bit more and know that my car is in good condition and road worthy. The quality of workmanship was not up to standard, so how am I to trust that the damage underneath has even been repaired correctly. If you know that you will be buying a car that has been only partially repaired, Auto Saavy has lots of selection. Just be sure to check out any car you buy very carefully.

I bought a car with 20k miles on it in June 2024.

I bought a car with 20k miles on it in June 2024. It broke down less than a month later and needed a NEW ENGINE AND NEW TRANSMISSION. Autosavvy said all their cars are WARRANTIED for power train, 5 yrs or 100k miles. I PAID $10,000 in REPAIR BILLS because “the warranty only covers a certain amount.” It’s January and I still don’t have my car back. BE CAREFUL WHO YOU BUY A CAR FROM. I DO NOT recommend this business.

Amanda, we truly understand your frustration regarding the issues you've faced with your vehicle and the unexpected repair costs. It's disappointing to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, especially with the warranty coverage. We value your feedback and want to make things right. Very high pressured sales tactics used to sell branded

Very high pressured sales tactics used to sell branded titled cars. Miss leading on how bad the damage was. You need to do a vin search before buying there vehicles. When you need to have them fix anything they ignore you. Don't buy anything from here.

gsh, we're sorry to see this review. Our team always tries to provide our customers with the most accurate vehicle history that we can provide. We're proud of the vehicles that we sell and would never try to hide or mislead shoppers. We understand that buying a vehicle is a big decision, so we try to do all we can to help our customers feel as comfortable as possible.

I've been buying cars here since 2008.

I've been buying cars here since 2008. In fact our 08 Pilot is still going was our first car bought here. Bought a car from Auto Savvy and Tanner 11 months ago. A mechanical issue brought me back after the warranty but they acknowledged the issue and would make it right. I saw Tanner and Wes and asked what I could get for mine in an upgrade. Tanner ran the numbers and it wasn't what I wanted. Deal off. No worries,I wasn't looking. Enter Hayzen. We worked the numbers that benefitted both parties. All of these guys went over and above and 2 cars in 1 year from Tanner he's like a family member. Excellent service from the purchase to future issues they've always made it right and Tanner is the icing on a car buyers cake. Auto Savvy has handled every issue and have been nothing but professional.

Jordon is cool.

Jordon is cool. I didn’t really get to know him as I ended up buying from the Autosavvy in Duncanville, TX. My overall experience with them was good.
