It had a checking engine light and they said it was fix 30 miles later the light came on again even though I connected the dealership to let them know what was wrong with the truck

EXCELLENT service.
EXCELLENT service. Bryce was awesome/went over everything. Lucas was great with the finance. I will never go anywhere else. I was just in AWE of the service. Thank you so much I absolutely love my Equinox. It is all that I wanted. What a great TEAM you have.

New car purchase
Mike was the salesman we worked with. We really liked working with him. However we didn?t like the experience of working with the finance guy. I can?t remember his name. I am sure he was doing what he was trained, like push the add ons Marthaler sells. The experience makes me question how much the dealership gets if you find people financing. We felt that he made comments indicating the GM financing wasn?t a good deal. We will come back when we are looking next time, but if it is the same kind of financing experience I would walk away from the deal.
