Victor Figueroa was A+++++ all the way, assisted with my super difficult warranty company and made sure i was satisfied throughout the process, definitely works for the customer and leaves you feeling confident that your vehicle is in the right hands. This is why i will continue having my GMC Denali serviced at Texan.

Samuel Dawson Greatest Salesman I’ve met

Service department

Truck was there for 6 days low coolant light was on. I checked the coolant level, looked full so take my truck in to get service. I pick it up and drive 4 miles and low coolant warning comes back on. Tech stated on repair report it was low on coolant. When oil change was done the report stated fluids topped off. I was told oil change would be done Wednesday and diagnostic later in the weepk. (3-5 business days) The tech that did the diagnosis said coolant was low which cost me $270 for him to top off, for only 4 miles later the warning came back on. Now my truck is back over there and I have no transportation again. I feel like the service department has completely failed at diagnosing the problem or tech was just trying to get the truck out of there.

Great experience!

Bought a brand new car here, and had a very good experience. Everyone was very helpful and informative. We had great help from Lazaro Rivera. He helped us out with looking at the best options for us and answered all of our questions we had. Overall, a very straightforward and excellent dealership.

Poor service center experience

Wife took the car in to have oil change was told it would be a few hrs since she didn?t have an appointment. Left and made an appointment for the next day. Came in the next day was told it would be the same amount of time as the day before even though she had an appointment. Told the service center employee she also needed drivers side tire checked. 2 hrs later my wife sees her car up front and goes to the service counter to see if car was ready, which she wasn?t told was ready. She told them. Then she asked how was the tire and the same service center employee said they never checked the tire and didn?t know they had to and offered to rotate the tires. Now the brakes squeal when braking and the tire is still leaking. Awful service that doesn?t listen or provide a proper solution. This is the second time we have had drama from the service center on such a basic service.
