Avoid This Dealership at All Costs!

Avoid This Dealership at All Costs! If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a complete scam. They sold me a car that they swore up and down had no problems, but as soon as I drove it off the lot, the issues started. The car leaks water from the radiator, the brakes and rotors are shot, and it shakes horribly while driving. Clearly, they knew the car was a piece of junk but lied to my face just to make a sale. I went back to confront them, and of course, they acted clueless and refused to help. This dealership is nothing but dishonest, shady, and money-hungry. They’ll tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to sign, then disappear the second you have a problem. DO NOT waste your money here unless you want to be ripped off

Avoid This Dealership at All Costs! If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a complete scam. Rude condescending salespeople.

Rude condescending salespeople. They seem annoyed when you ask questions on the history of the vehicle, try to rush you into the negotiation stage. Women buyers beware! The first question the salesman asked me was how I was planning to pay for the car. When I said I needed to give the car a good look before discussing price and terms, he told me that they do it in reverse here: he said that people waste their time, only to find out that they can’t afford the vehicle. Does he think that all women are cash strapped? I realize that these people work on commission but rushing people into these decisions turns buyers off. At the end of the day, I’d rather work with a more professional individual.

They were very easy to deal with.

They were very easy to deal with. They made sure the sensor was fixed properly before letting the car leave their dealership. And they communicated well about what was happening with the car!

Great Dealership and Salesmen.

The best experience I had purchasing a car. Offer the best trade-in value for my vehicle. Went above and beyond for the best financing also. I have brought to cars from them. When it's time to upgrade ADI will be the first place I go.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER

What a fabulous experience!! Hamzah Adi was our dealer to purchase my daughter's first car and he was ZERO pressure 10,000% help. He made this experience so much fun. We visited a dozen dealerships looking for the right used car for her and each one left us with a bad taste in our mouths for pushed sales pitches, too much pressure, too little freedom to feel out the cars we really wanted and just a creepy vibe. That is absolutely not the case with ADI Autosport. They were friendly, informative, happy to allow us the time we needed and just respectful of two ladies looking for best options. No pressure or pitch was important to us. They have beautiful merchandise, a lovely facility, exceptional customer service and had us out the door with our new purchase in RECORD time. I would recommend them to anyone!! THANK YOU for being so good to us. We love our LandRover Discovery and we loved that we got to buy it from you!! You set the bar for how to sell a car.

No pressure.

Levi was very patient with us and did not pressure us to buy. We came back a week later and bought a great car with low miles and at a great price.
