Brad Pier went above and beyond for me.

Brad Pier went above and beyond for me. He helped me on his day off. I had just crashed my car in a recent ice storm and everything was so stressful. But the least stressful thing was finding a new car with the help of Brad. I found a car I liked at a different Ed Martin and he took the time to come meet me there and make sure it was the right car for me. I am so glad for him being there and will recommend him to anyone.

Truck was done with service for a day and nobody called to let me know. Warranty repair is waiting on parts

We were able to do the maintenance on the day you brought it in, however, it was another 2 days to diagnose and order parts for one of your warranty issues. The service department went above and beyond when I brought my car in for what I had thought would be an easy repair. They looked at my car. I had hit the median with my front tire and damaged the frame or my car while driving to warmer weather for vacation. They were unable to repair the issues as it was more body work they volunteered to drive me to pick up a rental and let me use the garage to move my vacation stuff to the rented car. The service department made the issue a non issue no one was hurt and by helping me see that we continued on our way to vacation. Thank you.
