I had been searching for a Porsche Cayman all over the southeast. Andrew had one that looked great in pictures and was priced very well. I could tell in the first phone call he was honest. He sent me photos of every detail of the car....even a few small blemishes (that were really nothing). I bought the car sight-unseen and they shipped it to me. The car is better than he even described! I am very happy, and Lisa was SO helpful with the paperwork, and making sure I got the car in a timely manner. These are good folks!

Just bought a 2013 bmw 640i with individual package Which btw you cannot find them easily especially with 12k miles and before I pick up the car Andrew spotted one of the tires had a bubble so he replaced it with a new one $450.00 which he could have easily dismissed it. I could barely see it after he pointed it out to me. That is HONESTY!!!

Bought a pre-owned Porsche Panamera Turbo from Andrew and shipped 1000 miles up to MD. Andrew is honest, straightforward, and not at all pushy with his sales approach. I had a pre purchase inspection (PPI) done at the local Porsche dealership. Car came out clean with no issues. However, 2 days after the car was delivered to me, it broke down on the side of the highway from engine overheating due to a detached coolant pump (3k+ repair bill at an independent shop). I bought the car without a warranty, but Andrew still offered to pay for part of the repair bill. He is fair and takes care of his customers post purchase. I highly recommend Andrews Imports!

Just had my Escalade delivered and it is better than I was told it would be. Andrew was very professional throughout the whole process and his customer service was something we rarely see anymore. Emailed inquires and received very quick response. Very friendly, very helpful, had all the answers but did not repeatedly call troubling me. I like that. They let me make my own decisions but were helpful when needed. How's that for Awesome!

The salesperson, Reggie, was very misleading and dishonest. When I confronted him about it, he ordered me off the lot; very unprofessional and disrespectful!

I purchased a 2009 Porsche 911 from Andrews. I found the car online. I called and they were very forthcoming with information about the car. When buying a used 911, there can be risk, engine and trans work can run past $10K quickly if you buy the wrong car, knowing the maintenance history is critical. Andrew provided a great deal of information about the car and the dealership where it was sold as new and all maintenance was performed. I spoke with the service manager at the Porsche dealership and determined that this was a good car. Lisa and Andrew were very helpful in arranging shipping for the car. Communication was excellent. Lisa handles all the paperwork and made that process easy, fast and fun ( great personality). I believe they are successful because they know hot to pick to quality cars, are are honest and provide accurate information quickly and their prices and great.
