I have bought 4 cars from this dealer over the years and they have even sold a few for me. I would recommend them they work with everyone even bad credit clients.

Really take a moment and think over your decision to buy from this company. Most of the cars sold here have a carfax. Using that carfax report, you can see a lot of them have come from auto auctions. Knowing this, you have to expect a lot of problems to come with the vehicle. The vehicle I bought had many issues. That isn't the reason I am giving Wheels Auto Sales a 1 star review. I am giving Wheels Auto Sales a 1 star review because the vehicle was listed as "excellent condition" on the ad. Pictures were taken to specifically avoid damage and things they don't want you to see. This alone should stop you from giving this company your business. There is a level of deceit involved with this company, and you need to tread carefully. Obviously, get a quality inspection on the vehicle, and expect it to be more expensive than that even. Just to go over it, I was told the vehicle was in excellent condition. Post inspection at the dealer, I was told the car needed 1500-3000 dollars of work. The passenger side airbag had already deployed. Struts and bushings and part of the transmission, as well as the fluids being extremely dirty. The car was absolutely filthy as well. No time had been put into making it presentable. Everything was hidden until you were in front of it. I would advise absolutely do not buy a car from here UNLESS you know cars well, and you have a budget that allows you to fix the car up.

Contacted the dealership five times to inquire about the availability of a car. Never received any replies. Must not be in any hurry to sell any cars.

After visiting a few used car dealers in Bloomington area, my daughter and I felt comfortable dealing with the owner, Ron at Wheels Auto Sales. He was very polite. I was looking for a reliable used car for my daughter who is attending college. Ron helped us find the right car. There was absolutely no pressure. He took his time and showed us all of the cars my daughter wanted to see. After my daughter selected the car, Ron and his son helped us through paperwork. It was a simple process. They informed us of the Extended Warranty program, but unlike other dealers, there was no pressure. After the purchase, my daughter had a small problem, and I was not around, so she took it back to Ron and he told her what needed to be done. Overall, a positive experience! I will go back if I need to purchase another used vehicle.

I reached out through Cars.com and even left messages for this dealership without ever hearing back. I can't speak to their quality of cars, but it seems their customer service is lacking.
