I had great experience here. All my concerns were addressed in a professional manner. I would purchase from Auto Concepts again.

2 days before (Thursday) my temporary tags were to expire, I called to find out when they would be ready. I was told they should be in the office the following week. I expressed my concern about receiving a ticket and was told “..that has never happened in the 30 years I have been doing this” If I would feel better I could get a letter from them explaining why but in such a way I was made to feel ridiculous for worrying. Stupid, trusting me. It is now almost 3 weeks past the date and my daughter has already received one ticket for this. I go in to complain and I get told I am giving attitude and the ticket should NEVER happened. I did get a letter stating the tags should be in this week. I have called and text but I keep getting told it’s a title issue and there is nothing to be done. Meanwhile, I will be on my second letter and live in fear my car will be towed and ticketed again. I have told the people I had previously told to check this place out when they need another car to beware as I get promised return calls that never happen.

I purchased a used vehicle from auto concepts on 8/16/2020. To start, the salesman was exactly what you would expect from a used car salesmen, lots of promises and zero delivery. He promised me they would mail me my documents and title. I immediately had issues with the vehicle. With the A/c running heat would randomly turn on and not shut off and then shortly after another issue with my head lights. After $200 worth of parts I repaired it myself in order to not waste my time traveling back to the dealership for nothing. My temp tags expired on 9/16. After calling the dealer multiple times, They kept telling me the registration was extended due to covid which was false due to the date I purchased the vehicle. They refused to send an extended registration so the vehicle that I paid in full for was unusable for two months. I waited three months for my registration, plates and title since they made an error with my title. After three months and my calling frustrated countless times, the salesman went back on his word to mail the plates and title and made me drive two hours to pick it up. They are professional to get the deal done and then the customer service is absolutely terrible. overall a terrible experience will never buy a vehicle from them again!

Auto Concepts is a great place to purchase a used car. They are straight up dealers, no gimmicks or pushy tactics. Terrific hard working people that will help you buy a car quickly and honestly. You will be glad you went to them first!

I always buy my cars in a dealer is always a pain and the neck but when I call autoconcepts this guys cut the bull crap and make everything so much easier they even try to deliver my new work truck so if you looking to get a car this is the place to go great people good cars
