Auto Discounters

I wrote a bad review earlier today saying don’t get scammed. I need to retract that review because it was made in error. The problem I described turned out to be a DMV error, not a dealer error. And while I did have a problem getting hold of the dealer to resolve the issue, I finally found a way to reach them and the DMV confirmed that the mistake was theirs. I couldn’t figure out how to pull the review down so this is the best I can do.

Don't shop here! They tried to scam me every way possible. Either these other reviews are fake accounts or they know nothing about cars. STAY AWAY! (also, this word counter doesn't work!)

Great people to deal with at Auto Discounters. I left there feeling that I was dealt with fairly and honestly. I bought a nice vehicle for a reasonable price that I am confident will serve me well for many years.

Small, independent place. almost like single owner. No pressure whatsoever. went strait to the truck I was looking at online.

Stopped in because my vehicle was dying on me. Did not expect to find what I wanted, but was pleasantly surprised. Test drove the truck on one evening and was back the next day to start the purchase process. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I live in new Jersey and found Auto Discounters add for a truck, I spoke to Chris and made arrangements to see the truck, due to my work schedule and 6 hour drive I was late and he stayed open and waited for my arrival. I agreed on buying the vehicle and it was everything expected just like the advertisement. Chris was very patient due to dealing with my credit union loan and spoke to them several times and worked it out that NJ state taxes were added on the loan, due to waiting for the credit unions paper work the day was over and drove back home. After several days gone by the credit union cleared the money and it was sent to Auto Discounters and sealed the deal and Chris arranged delivery to me in New Jersey. He stands behind his word and I will buy my vehicles there in the future. THANK YOU Randy from NJ

I was looking to replace my 1997 Honda Accord but was dreading the car buying process - I have never had an easy one. I found a 2005 Accord on- line at Auto Discounters. I looked at the car and liked what I saw. Chris made the process so easy. I applied for the loan on-line and upon approval I schedule a time to sign the loan documents. It took less than 1 1/2 hours to sign the papers at the credit union, sign the papers at Auto Discounters and drive away in the car. If you are in the market for a pre-owned vehicle this is the place! Chris and Jessica are wonderful to deal with, they put you at ease and make the process so easy, with no stress or pressure. They are honest and upfront and want you to be satisfied. I will purchase from Auto Discounters again.

This is how buying a car should be, Chris was WONDERFUL to deal with! He went out if his way to help us out and never pushy. Have had my Corolla for a week now and absolutely LOVE it! So glad we went to Auto Discounters and would definitely buy from them again. If you're on the fence, I highly recommend them. I don't regret our decision at all.
