I purchased a car from him for a knock around car only to end up spending $5000 more ontop of what I paid for it. Called him to tell hom turn signals was not operatating. He claimed he did not know even though he said he had been driving it. Just the turn signals by itself costed $600. We replaced everything so everything was in working condition. We sold it months after that.

No Response

I was looking for a nice used car for a reasonable price. This dealer had a Hyundai Elantra well within my price range. I thought it was a great deal so I tried to contact them through cars.com and they didn't respond. I figured maybe they don't check messages on here. I then went onto their website and contacted them through there multiple times and I never got a response back for about a week. I guess they don't really care about selling vehicles. Do not expect a response from them if you're looking for a car.

Honest

Was on my way to look at a car. Before I could leave he called me back to tell me the vehicle was acting up and to hold off on coming up. He saved me a 2 hour drive. You don't find much honesty in the car buying buisness, so for that I am grateful. I only wish that the car would have worked out.

Excellent experience in purchasing used Mustang!

I was in the market for a used Mustang in February and had noticed Mike had a few on his lot that were similar to what I was looking for. I looked all over at other dealers hoping to find exactly what I had wanted but all I found was over priced, high mileage cars. I decided to go out to Ernzen Elite Auto and test drive the 2002 Mustang, I was pleasantly surprised that a car that is 14 years old still looked and drove so nice! I left the lot in the car that day! I was a little short on the total purchase price after taxes, so I told Mike I would bring it by the next day. I was unable to stop by the dealership to pay the remaining balance so he was nice enough to meet me on my break to pick up the money! This is the second purchase I made from this dealership in the last two years and I have had no major issues with either of the vehicles I purchased.

Great Service from an honest dealer!

I have known Mike the owner for 20+ years now, so when I was in the market for a Dodge Durango last year I looked at his inventory first. I bought my Durango in February of 2014 and have had no major mechanical issues with it. I did have it checked out by my mechanic within the first week of buying it because of a few noises but he found nothing major wrong, just a loose bolt and needed an oil change. A year later I am still extremely happy with my purchase and car buying experience at Ernzens Elite Auto.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!

I am 19 years old and I got approved for a loan through my bank. I have always wanted a VolksWagon beetle, but I just could never find one in my price range. I finally found a beautiful bug for sale from this dealership. So, my mom and I drove about 45 minutes to look, and test drive the car. When we got there the owner told us that the car was a really good car, that he had been driving it himself, and that he had just got the water pump replaced in it. I fell in love with the car, so we made a deal and I drove away with it that day. When I bought the car I also personally purchased a $300 warranty for it. Now as I am driving home with the car, the heat temperature sensor pops on. I called them the next day about it and they just kept telling me over and over again that they just replaced the water pump and that it was just the sensor. Two weeks shy of me having the car for 3 months, it is sitting at a shop needing a new timing belt, WATER PUMP, and on top of it all the wrong coolant was put into the car so they have to go in and clean it all out and put new coolant it (the correct type this time). When my mom and I called the dealership back the owner answered, and we explained everything to him. He tried to act like he didn't know what we were talking about and that we were making it up. He blew us off and told us that he was busy and that we would just need to call him back the next day. So, I did. When he answered and I explained it all again he kept talking over me and wouldn't let me get a work in. The end of the story? I have to pay about $600 to get my car fixed, and I haven't even had it for three months. I am young, have two jobs, and I am putting myself through college. I don't have $600 just sitting around to fix my new car! So the moral of the story is, DO NOT GO HERE!! They seem nice when you get there, but if something goes wrong with it they get mad at you and try to get out of it.

Fabulous Car Dealership - Altima

I am a single mom financially strained. I have been looking for a good dependable vehicle and found Ernzens Elite website. I called and gave all of the information they required to get financial approval. Mike was extremely helpful and found us the best vehicle for our needs. Financially affordable and no mechanical problems. The vehicle price very reasonable. So much so we flew to Kansas from Denver to pick it up.I test drove the car when I arrived in Kansas and it was everything he salid it would be. I a sincerely grateful to Mike. He really went the extra mile for me and helped me out in a time of dire need. I have had the car since July and I am so happy with it!

Would not recommend to anyone!

We found this car a lot on the Internet and went to check it out. There was only one guy working at the time we looked at a ford explorer and took it for a test drive, the man selling the car talked to us the whole time about random things that didn't even have to do with the car so we didn't notice any noise or anything wrong with the car so we ended up buying the car. The process of buying the car was the only thing that was good, it was quick and easy. We bought a $300 warranty which to come to find out only covers $500. The sales man told us there was nothing wrong with the car but if we wanted to take it to a mechanic we could only take it to his mechanic because it was close. after purchasing the car we took it to a mechanic we've known for a long time. There ending up being $2,000 worth of problems wrong with the car. The oils hadn't been changed in a very long time, they had put one new tire on the car which caused many other problems, the transfer kit needed to be replaced an there were some minor things wrong with the car as well. Not to mention they sold us a car with no gas cap attached. We decided to go back to the place we bought it from to discuss the warranty and what exactly it covers and to let them know what we found wrong with the car, the man who sold us the car got irritated very quickly and told us we needed to leave. We are very very unhappy with their services and would not recommend ANYONE to purchase any car from this place.

Good Buying Experience - Prius

We were in the market for a 2+ year old Toyota Prius. Sorry. I just can't rationalize new car prices. We started out by checking in with our local Toyota dealers to see if they had anything good come in. Their cars were nice. But prices were just too high. Of course they have quite a bit of overhead to support. Eventually ran across a Prius listing on the internet at Elite Auto. To make a long story short we went to look at the car, took it out for a drive and ended up buying it that same day. I'm not the type of guy who likes spending all day in negotiations fighting off a beat down by the sales manager so I really appreciated working with these guys. The price was fair and the deal was simple. Just the way I like it. No surprises on the car either.
