Aberdeen Chrysler Center

I am from out of state. I heard good things about the dealership, however I had a far from great experience. First off they made me learn a lesson. In my state tax title and license comes out in the loan here is the lesson SD does not. I never asked I assumed guess what that gives you. Well I get to my state to register the vehicle and I get a surprise of a life time I now owe more money and not just chump change. The dealer never stated that they do not do this or I could have made other arrangements. I called them and didn’t get any help other than what do you want me to do about it and tell me in the paperwork where you paid it. Well dealership I’m not disputing they paying but the not letting out of staters know this. So stated to dealership never will purchase another vehicle from them that didn’t bother the individual I was chatting with. Just so happens needed to get another vehicle wouldn’t even look there way. So if you would like a surprise at your motor vehicle department these guys are for you. However if you want someone up front stay away from Aberdeen Chrysler Center.

I have purchased 14 new and used cars from Aberdeen Chrysler Center and I have neverhad an issue. They always help me out. I was in an accident in Dec 2021 and they bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of. This type of service is unheard of now days except for the Aberdeen Chrysler Center.

They told me they inspected a car and it was fine with no issues. And I had over $3,000 worth of things needed to be fixed including an accessible leak which was hard not to be seen.

Terrible place to buy a car. My daughter was pregnant and needed a decent vehicle so she trusted their so called good reputation. A mechanic inspected the vehicle it had been leaking oil for a while and had many issues which they were aware of and they assured as it was a good vehicle. Do not trust them!!

I bought a 2016 camry and and the car itself is great. But, shortly after driving it back home 3 hours I discovered the tires were so worn I was lucky they had not blown out on the way there. They tried to make me drive back for new tires which was not only dangerous but terrible customer service. They did eventually send ties but only after one of my parents called them. They also gave me a dead key when I bought the car. Months later when my other key also needed a new battery, I changed them both to discover that they gave me a Toyota Highlander key! Only difference in appearance is the outline of the car on the trunk button. I might add that I was 18, had never bought a car and feel taken advantage of.

Absolutely do not shop from these guys. I had spoken to a member of their sales team for a truck. Sent him all my information, got the numbers for the truck, he said everything was good to go and I could come get it. I lived 10+ hrs away and he knew this. I drove there only to find out that not only was my paperwork not done or approved at all but he didn't even submit it. So after driving there spending the ENTIRE day there only to find out that the financing wasn't approved with them. After months and months of back and forth being harassed by their employees for paperwork that wasn't in my possession. Then they said they would do things to make it right and they didn't even follow through with that. It was the absolute worst shopping experience of my life. I'll never recommend them to anyone!
