My son found a Mazda in the website that he wanted to

My son found a Mazda in the website that he wanted to test drive. Dave at Unlimited Motors went the extra mile and my son walked with the vehicle he wanted. We've since been in contact with Dave and continue to receive the same service!

My husband went to look at a 2012 BMW X5M.

My husband went to look at a 2012 BMW X5M. While test driving it we had it looked at and scanned to see if there were any "Red Flags" due to how low the miles were on it. Everything seemed to check out no major damage and nothing to make us think there was anything wrong with the vehicle. We paid cash for the vehicle that night and took it home. There were some minor imperfections in the rear bumper so I had a co worker take the rear cover off over the weekend and found that it had been repaired before and not done properly. Not a big deal I work in the industry so I will get it fixed. However the vehicle sat all weekend and when I got to work on Monday, I noticed the right rear was "sagging". This vehicle is equipped with air ride, so this tells me that there is an issue. I took it to get looked at and the right rear air bag is bad. Now, I know that there is no one at this dealership that drives every single one of these vehicles daily. Therefore the vehicle "sagging" is something that would have been noticed before our purchase. The air bags inflate while the vehicle is running, convenient that the vehicle was running when my husband went to look at it. So we replaced the rear bags and had brakes done while it was at the shop. I took this as we bought a used vehicle and move on. We purchased this vehicle 1/2/2025, while on my way to work on 2/10/25 less than 15 miles from my house the vehicle broken down with zero warning, zero dash, lights zero explanation. I had the vehicle towed to Hash imports to diagnose what the issue was they informed me the vehicle needed an engine. This vehicle has never leaked anything on my garage floor, seemed to check out besides our found airbag issue. How is this possible? I gave the information the Spencer our salesman. He forwarded the information to Angi and once I was finally able to get ahold of her (a week Later) she informed me that there was nothing they could do since I didn't purchase their extended warranty. I put 1438 miles on this vehicle in the 39 days that I have owned it. It is not even plated and I have been quoted 15,000 dollars to replace the engine. I have done my own research and there is nothing to say why this happened besides the lack of inspection from their service center. Very unfortunate in the lack of customer service. Buyer beware this dealership doesn't tend to stand behind their "product".

Everything went smoothly!

Everything went smoothly! Went in at 5:00 PM out with keys in hand by 7PM. Collin King did a fantastic job and made this the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! 10/10 would recommend and buy from again.

Absolute Crooks.

Absolute Crooks. I went back and forth for more than a week verifying everything on the car works as should and it was in good shape. David was very helpful and sent me several videos of the aspects I questioned. Shipping took forever and I was understanding. When the car showed up, one of the ashtrays is broken, and several of the push latches don't work as they should. I was willing to overlook this. However, one of the tires went flat overnight. I took it in to the tire place and they were not able to get it off as someone rounded off the lug nuts. I then had to take it to my mechanic who was an extractor. Once he got the wheel off, he found that someone had performed a poor job welding a crack in the wheel. I took it to a wheel repair facility and asked them to look at all of the wheels. All 4 wheels have multiple cracks, welds, and are bent. At this point, I had my mechanic review the entire car and it looks like it's been through a ditch and has a few hundred errors in the computer. Supposedly, they had the car inspected by a professional mechanic. They would not have missed the things wrong with the car. Their solution for this was to send me $1500.00 or a set of used wheels off e-bay. (The e-bay add mentions that they have scuffs and scratches on them.) I told them I wouldn't take less than $2,500.00 because the wheels start at $600.00. They then sent me a confidential agreement form. I am foregoing the $2,500.00 so that, hopefully, I can save others from getting scammed by them.
