Andres was very helpful in making our decision to purchase a new vehicle. He was patient and let us test drive several vehicles, which allowed us to decide which car to purchase. He was informative, knowledgeable and certainly not pushy. We appreciated him being our sales representative. He is also providing post sales help to help us understand our car’s many features.

Great service at BMW Carlsbad. I had an appt for an oil change in the morning, there were a lot of cars so I was told it would be 2 to 2.5 hours but I was prepared to wait. I wait and watched the garage, love that you can see right in in their comfortable waiting area. The guy came and got me an hour later and walked me right back to my car. He also gave great future service recommendations.

I took my BMW X1 in for regular oil change and checkup.
I took my BMW X1 in for regular oil change and checkup. I was going to be charged the $119 for the oil change when I showed them that I had purchased 5 years of oil changes when I purchased the car. That charge was then taken off. In October 2024 I took the car in for a scraping noise when I braked at slow speeds. The noise returned and I had the service department look at it again. They told me I needed brake pads and rotor, over $500. I had them review the October 2024 service record and they saw that they had replaced the pads at that time. That bill was over $550. They then reduced the bill to about $300 to replace the rotor. If I had not challenged them with my contract and previous work, I would have been charged over $700.

The car selection process was great.
The car selection process was great. The salesperson (Nick) was knowledgeable and professional. The availability of coffee and water is appreciated. However, after being told we were approved, we continued to wait for some time to have financial documents to be ready to sign. Since it was in the early evening and no other customers were in the dealership, we were wondering what the holdup was. Nick said he would be right back, but was gone for what seemed like a pretty long time. We really did not understand what was happening and thought about whether things weren?t going to work out and we should just leave. After we finally got to signing the paperwork, there was a big upsell push of a number of services we were asked to purchase. We didn?t appreciate the upsell because it was clearly known by someone before we went to the sales manager, only to be told, ?Oh. He didn?t tell you,? line. Once this process was complete, taking possession of the vehicle went smoothly. We appreciated that Nick charged up the car before we left, and his help transferring our things from the trade-in vehicle to the new vehicle.
