I found the vehicle I wanted on line and set up a test drive with Harold two days later. The car was ready to go when I arrived. It turned out the car didn't exactly fit my expectations. There was no pressure to buy it and Harold showed me other possibilities. I did test drive another, but decided I would keep looking. There was no attempt to dissuade me and I left feeling pleasantly surprised. I would certainly go to Gulf Coast again if I was in the market for one of their vehicles.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing 2 vehicles from Basil. He is the only Salesman I have ever bought 2 cars from. Basil is friendly, knowledgeable and quick with all the paperwork. I was able to get through the entire process in half an hour. I also had great service from Marcin, the Sales Manager. He helped me with the price that I needed in order to stay within my budget. Patrick, the Credit Manager was also a pleasure to deal with. He was able to get me a decent interest rate in these turbulence times. Their filters work on the web site where others don’t a lot. They sent me a follow up email on a price reduction but am waiting to see if they do another one

Found the car we wanted online and contacted Gulfcoast Auto who set us up an appointment. Drove down test drove the car and it was exactly what we were looking for. The car still had the old price on the windshield which when I asked there salesman Basil quickly told me the price I had seen online. There was no no escalation in price which is rare when you get to the dealer. Basil was very professional and did not try to push the deal. He answered all our questions with honesty and integrity which I will recommend Gulfcoast Auto to anyone now. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with such honest people and that goes with the financing also as they got our payment exactly to what we could handle and we drove away in our new car with a great experience. I bought my car in one day from a great salesman named Richard. He was professional, kind, and he came to pick me up at my home in the rain that took him almost an hour! Who does that?! Richard, that's who. On the way to Gulf Coast Brokers, we both realized there was something wrong with the rear tires. He told me whatever the car needed they would take care of it. Well, today they gave me 4 brand new Firestone tires. My 2014 Toyota Rav4 rides like a 2022! The Manager Marcin was also kind and professional. He replaced the air filter that's in the glove compartment, no charge to me. I can't say more about these people who know how to treat customers. Whatever you buy will be priced fairly. If you need a car, go to Gulf Coast Brokers, you'll be happy you did.
