Spoke with Marcin about GMC 2500 on Dec, 5. 2018 discussed truck condition and made an offer on the truck. Marcin declined the offer and made a counter... offered, I told him I would think about it overnight and call him on 6 December . December 6 , I called Marcin , I made another offer on the vehicle, he excepted my offer on the vehicle and assured me the vehicle was in excellent shape for 2011 . Traveled 567 miles one way to pick up what I expected to be a 2500 diesel truck in great shape. What I found when arriving at the dealership was a 2011 GMC 2500 in Great Shape as advertised ! How refreshing. I’m a no nonsense customer and expect things to be as advertised and the negotiations to be short and sweet With all paperwork to be handled the same manor. Marcin handled everything in a professional manner, the lady in the office had the paperwork ready in 15 minutes, I drove the truck off the lot in 45 minutes and was out of the dealership and on my way home . When you think you made a deal with them and get there 2 hours later to sign papers and pick the truck up and you walk in on them doing paper work with... someone else . So messed up. They did the dirty number on us.

Driving up, I was concerned....it’s not the kind of dealer I was used to dealing with. But they had a used car that I was interested in, for my daughter.... We left in about three hours with a great car for her and what I considered to be a fair deal. What else could you ask for? The staff was amazing, and more than accommodating...considering it was Sunday and Mother’s Day to boot. The two young men and young woman who took care of us were courteous, professional and efficient. We talked to mama and grandma while paperwork was being done and we were at ease through the whole process. We had the forethought to get pre-approved with USAA prior to going in, which made it a lot easier on all of us...but I was very happy with the whole experience. Thanks, to the team at Gulf Coast!!
Drove there from Lakeland to try and get a Specific vehicle. The lady we talked to was bragging on how they have over twenty lenders to help those with... bad credit get financed. So we took the long drive just to get disappointed. They could not finance me. Other than that, the service was great. Got to test drive right away. Only thing I did not like was they had too many vehicles packed in like sardines.
After visiting dozens of dealerships, my husband and I found the car that exceeded our expectations in both quality and in value, and also met our uncompromising... criteria (accident-free, mileage <70k, American made, well-cared for, V-8 formula sportscar) - yes, we were that picky;) We were greeted but were given the freedom to browse and inspect any vehicle on their lot without the pressure of the "tag along" sales presence we found at all other dealerships. I understand the strategy behind this, but as a woman, being given the respect and room to privately converse with my husband about the pros/cons of the vehicles during our inspection of each, was much appreciated. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and fully available and ready to answer any and all questions we had for them. I live in St. Petersburg and requested pictures and CaxFax of vehicle before I drove down. Sales person Nick was excellent. Provided needed info promptly... and car was as described. Sales manager was a bit of a hovering den mother that almost blew the deal, but Nick was able to save it. Excellent communication, great support team. Great Experience.
