Our experience was good! All the staff, manager, our salesman were great! My only negative thing would be the length of time it took to get approved and paperwork finished. In their defense, we were there after hours. But overall it was a good experience! Would definitely recommend them!

He worked with me for months trying to find a way for me to get a great car! Once we finally found one that suited me the process was 10x more smooth than any first time car buyer would ever have dreamed of. I needed a new work vehicle and found one I was interested in on Truck Trader at Szott Dodge. I called them and got Brian V on the phone. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He sent me links to their inventory and information on the vehicle I wanted. He followed up with me in the next few days to see if I had any other questions (which I did) and more importantly to tell me that he wanted my business. He ended up having 2 other models that also fit my needs. I went out there and he had all 3 waiting for me to look at. I picked the one I wanted and took it for a test drive. I arrived back at the dealership and we talked pricing. They gave me a great deal on it and he started to write up the paperwork. He took me to their lobby and I got to sit and watch TV in their massage chairs which which was just amazing. A short while later he called me in, we paid, he showed me some final features and I was on my way. He was friendly, honest, fair and knowledgeable and I can truly say it was the easiest and absolute best car buying experience I have ever had! I highly recommend Szott Dodge and Brian V!
