Great place to buy a used car. I bought a used 2007 Subaru Forester and it is in excellent condition. The people here are real and are not your typical salesmen, they actually care about helping you leave with an efficient car that you want. Tony and Brian (very respectful guys) exceeded my expectations due to their excellent customer service. Definitely go here if you are in urgent need of a car, you will not regret it.

Great place to buy a used car. I bought a used 2007 Subaru Forester and it is in excellent condition. Great Prices!
Bought a nice Jeep for almost half of what another dealer wanted for the same car. People were very nice, real family setting. Runs great, very satisfied. $$$$$

Saw what I wanted. Contacted Linda and I got what I wanted. Pleasant person told me everything I needed to know... No Hassel.. straight talk.. Best vehicle buying experience ever. even had my vehicle delivered.. Great job.. Keep doing what you doing. I'll be back

No email reply, sudden disappearance of listings
I've emailed Marlboro Motors regarding history records of a particular car of interest. Never received a reply, I even checked my spam folder to make sure. After the second day of looking at the used inventory, a sudden bulk listing of cars disappeared...particularly the 6-8 Audi vehicles that was posted. Did someone buy them all?! Perhaps the listings and deals benefit local customers only, but for out of state customers...not so much. I would have hated if I made the long trip only to find the cars are no longer there....or if it was even there to begin with. Please disregard my rating

All of February and March our inventory on Cars.com was hacked. Many high-end cars were appearing in our stock that we never had. We were answering all that we could letting people know that they were looking at stock that we didn't post. It took a quite a while to get that fixed on Cars.com's end. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Did not buy
I drove approx 8 hours only to find out the car I wanted was on bricks, no tires. I could not test drive because the tires were missing. Motor would crank but no start. My suspicion was no compression. Likely a donated vehickle.

Never judge something by its appearance
At first glance Marlboro Motors looks and feels like a run down car dealership, but let me tell you that in no way shape or form does the appearance reflect the salesmen, office staff, and mechanics. I had a great experience with Tony and his manager. They were up front about everything. After noticing the vehicle had a mechanical issue they promptly informed me they would repair it and if I wanted they would call me when it was finished so I could make a decision. Well given that the repair needed wasn't major I asked if I could leave a deposit and pay the rest when the repair was complete. Tony agreed and said everything was contingent on that repair being complete. Tony even offered me a 3 month/3,000 mile powertrain warranty. That gave me more confidence in my purchase and buying experience. Marlboro Motors stands behind the vehicles they sell. I was even told that they would beat any other mechanic shop's price if the car needed any additional repairs outside of the warranty. This was my 2nd experience with Tony and his manager. My brother in law purchased a truck from them a year ago and they both remembered my brother in law and myself by name. Both times were pleasant and a breeze. Not to mention a lot of laughs. I have already recommended their dealership to a few friends and coworkers. Their prices are also very fair.

An Okayish place.
Bought my first American car there. Salesman do make weird not "funny" jokes. Rear lights broke after a few days but they made it without charge so that was nice. Bought the car for too much money and they offered a gas card which did not work.

Great place for inexpensive cars...
I have read some of the one star reviews and disagree. I have bought 3 cars over the last 5 years from Marlboro Motors and was more than satisfied with each transaction. If you are looking for all the bells and whistles, this place might not be for you (but be prepared to pay a lot more!). But if you are looking for an inexpensive car and fair staff to deal with, without a lot of high pressure, it is a great place to go.

Bought 2 cars within 2 days now problems!!!
We bought 2 cars from here. Great place or so we thought! Both cars now have check engine light on!!! 1 car needs oxygen sensors on catalytic converter. 2nd car not sure yet waiting on mechanic! Also neither car has inspection sticker which they did when we were looking at them. (I have pictures) I will never purchase another car here!!!!
